THIS IS A SCAM - do not buy. They are fake shoes and I returned the shoes to Italy and they sent the shoes back to me and will not give me a refund

Il prodotto che arriva non ha niente di italiano, addirittura la marca stampata nella suola é cinese con tanto di Made in China mentre si spacciano per lusso italiano. Mi hanno detto che mi spettava il rimborso é passato piú di un mese e ancora non me lo hanno dato, il customer service é palesemente finto, rispondono quando vogliono loro e dicendo cose molto vaghe.

I cannot put a zero but I would. This is scam, I received poor plastic Chinese made shoes that stinks and they ask me to pay the return fees to an address in Italy where I probably will not get my money back from.

Estafa no compréis , pone que es de italia y de china , todo mentira , las fotos no son reales y es de plástico y te cobran cmo si fuera ropa de alta gama , estafadores

This brand is embarrassingly bad quality and simply a scam. Everything is on sale and their “return policy” does not allow returns of sale items so not return can be made but they offer partial refund. So they still make money making the worst quality products in the market. Truly pathetic

Made in Italy ma anche no ! Ricevute oggi dopo 20 e più giorni dall’ordine direttamente dalla CINA . Imbustate e neanche inscatolate , forte odore e placche in metallo che neanche al mercato , qualità scadente per il loro prezzo

This company is a scam. The website may look well put together, but don't buy anything! Products ship from China, not Italy. The shoes feel cheap and are obviously not Italian leather. I am hoping I can return as these are terrible shoes. DO NOT BUY.

Scam alert !! Sezanni is a fake Italian site with deliveries from China = poor quality aliexpress products.
I have finally received my order 3 weeks after ordering (24h DHL delivery LOL) : the shoes look nothing like the photos on the website, the sole is not even the same, they stink as plastic and are already deformed, the poor quality suggests that the metal parts could fall without even touching them. It's a shame.

Sezanni brand is total scam, not italian, neither luxary, not even close to leather. Gods are from China. This is a scam! You can’t return as well

Si spacciano per Made in Italy ma di Italiano non hanno nulla, ti dicono che spediscono con DHL mentre il pacco (partito dalla Cina) è arrivato 20 giorni dopo l’ordine con le Poste con una scatola di carta con una scritta cinese tutta mezza distrutta, le scarpe hanno un forte odore sicuramente non di pelle e sono molto delusa del mio acquisto dopo aver speso 90€. Una truffa vera e propria.

Ich habe Schuhe bestellt, leider war ich im Urlaub als sie ankamen und konnte sie erst jetzt auspacken. Leider sind die Schuhe überhaupt nicht wie auf der Seite beschrieben, billige Verarbeitung, stinken nach Plastik und sind auch noch kaputt (es fehlen paar silberne Details). Ich habe dem Kundenservice geschrieben, die Antwort kam zwar relativ schnell, allerdings will mir die Dame was von Rückgaberecht von 7 Tagen erzählen. Ich habe ihr geschildert, dass ich im Urlaub war, abgesehen davon sind die Schuhe kaputt- somit ist es eine Reklamation. Daraufhin wird mir nur 25% Preisermäßigung angeboten, dies bringt mir bei kaputten Schuhen aber nichts. Ich würde in dem Laden nieeeee wieder bestellen, billige China Schuhe die kaputt ankommen und keine adäquate Hilfe vom Kundenservice !

Che truffa! Non comprate niente da loro, te lo vendono come un prodotto Made in Italy ma di tutto ciò non ha assolutamente niente.
Bassissima qualità a prezzi da artigianato. La pelle non é nemmeno pelle e i dettagli “metallici” di qualità scadente. Made in china e si vede, lo spediscono pure da lì.
