Relatively straight forward to identify the correct roller fitting (hadn't realised how many there could be). Therefore ordered with confidence that hey would fit. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
I ordered a part but accidently ordered the wrong part. Instead of rushing the order out to me, I was contacted and advised of the correct part and the order was amended by them saving me the hassle.... Toon meer

Top online retailer
My sisters shower door rollers, 2 had broken so ordered through ebay and was not disappointed. Less than 24 hours from ordering 2 new rollers arrived, exactly what was needed and fitted in less than 5 minutes. One happy sister and 5 stars for this company. Other online retailers could learn something from this company and would not hesitate to use again but now would go to them directly

Could not be faulted
A first class experience. They stocked exactly what I needed - a replacement bottom runner for my shower door. It arrived the day after I ordered it and was simple to install. I was slightly confused by the inclusion of a spring, but this was explained to me clearly with the help of a diagram. Fantastic. A British company based in Cornwall offering first class service and excellent products. Thank you Showerpart!

What a helpful group of people ..
What a helpful group of people ... I wasn't sure what to buy,but they pointed me in the right direction. What was needed was not in stock anywhere in the UK from any provider, so I went on their wait list for it. They managed to get stock before they expected and I purchased. The items arrived promptly. Mistakenly I ordered too many items, so I asked for a return of what I did not need. This was done promptly and a credit received for the items not used. Very pleased with the service from showerpart.

Excellent service
Required new lower shower screen wheels. Found shower-part via OnBuy. Product was well described with necessary measurements provided to ensure the wheels would fit an existing screen. Many companies must lose out on sales or have many returns as they don't provide the essential measurements. Delivery was prompt and fitted as expected. First class service. Would highly recommend.
