Received shower door roller set the day after i ordered them and fitted them the same day. Fitting was straightforward and door now glides with no problems. Great parts at a good price. well done.

I ordered the wrong size which I only discovered after the very quick delivery. Contacted the office who were very helpful. Returned the incorrect part and ordered the correct one, which I received the next day, followed quickly by my refund. This company is a delight to deal with, well done.

Fittings exactly right and delivered next day. Thank you

It is so rare these days to find a supplier who is just perfect. Showerpart is one of the dwindling very few. Boy, do they know their stuff. Found me the part I needed, spotted my deliberate mistake. Despatched quickly. Even a video on how to fit.

I needed a replacement handle for the shower door. I saw one on B&Q so ordered it. Unfortunately I hadn't seen the length and had to cancel the order. Jo responded quickly and cancelled (thanks).
I worked out it was Showerpart so I went to their website, found the right size, ordered it late afternoon and it arrived 2 days later. Job done.
Great service. Thanks.

Absolutely brilliant. My part took some recognising as I didn't have a maker's name on the enclosure, but once found it was easy.
Part ordered late sunday night. Delivered tuesday around lunchtime. Fitted within minutes. Perfect.

Just ordered a set of replacement rollers for my shower doors after consulting Showerpart. They delivered the correct parts quickly and at a reasonable price. One of the rollers had a minor fault but the company replaced it swiftly. Truly outstanding customer service and highly recommended.

Ordered parts (door wheels) and they were delivered quickly. Excellent service 👍

Ordered 4 shower door rollers on the Thursday lunchtime, they arrived the next day, less than 24 hrs… Well impressed. Good product..

Shower Part are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Jo responded very quickly to my email with recommendations. Rod at Shower Part matched my Shower door rollers. I needed an extra bit of advice and again, great aftercare. I would highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond to help you. Thank you all at Shower Part. Christine

Website was easy to navigate and find replacement part which arrived in a few days.Price was very reasonable and in future will use Shower.Part again when needed.

Very helpful and a quick response to my queries & delivery excellent

Would like to say a big thankyou. I’d been having difficulty finding matching shower wheels to replace on my curved shower. I used your matching service and emailed shower parts with the measurements. They provided the closest match that they could and I ordered. It only took a few days delivery but was over a bank holiday period too. We managed to successfully refit shower screen. A big thankyou 🙌

After not receiving order after a week. Contacted customer services how sent replacement parts recorded delivery, which turned up next day, Jo done a fantastic job

Have used this company before so it was natural to use them again.

Excellent service. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Package also had tracking number and post was free - what's not to like ?
So nice, in this day and age, to deal with a company without experiencing any hassle or problems.

Ordered replacement rollers for my quadrant shower which arrived next day. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. A quick email to them to confirm it was okay to return them and reordered the correct ones. Next day new ones arrived and I returned the original ones. Paypal account was credited next day. Brilliant service from this company, price far below manufacturers price. Would highly recommend.

This company deserves their 5 star reviews. Quality part, fantastic service, working shower door, and a very happy customer. Thankyou.
