We had a whole house of windows and a new front door fitted by Signature Windows & Doors. The whole process from beginning to end was brilliant. We were asked exactly what we would like and discussed through options and came to a decision. The survey was done really quickly within two weeks of deciding to go ahead. A fitting date was confirmed shortly after this. On fitting day, Chris and his brother were fantastic. Fitted and finished a whole house and front door in a day. They were very clean and tidy and lovely letting us know where they were up to, putting us at ease. The finish on the windows and door are fantastic and the lads left everything perfect and were very professional. We are over the moon with the whole experience and very pleased we decided to go with signature windows & doors.

Great work by the lads, turned up early and never stopped, minor repairs fixed before leaving as my house is cladded, but it was hardly noticeable. Cleaned inside and out before going. Would definitely recommend them

Jonathan arrived on time and worked non stop all day and the next day. He was polite, approachable, explained how he planned to complete the work and tidied up afterwards. The quality of the work and the windows is excellent. Signature Windows were very easy to deal with at each stage and are very efficient. Thank you very much for making such a big job stress free.

I never click on social media adverts but on this occasion I did and from start to finish Signature Windows & Doors were fantastic. I arranged a visit and was given all the information I needed. At no point was I rushed into making a decision and the funding I received was sorted there and then. Having previously had original sash windows replaced by a local company who installed nowhere near what I asked for, signature made sure I was getting what I wanted and replaced 2 upvc, 2 original sash and one small utility windows to an exceptionally high standard. My only regret is that I didn't click on their social media advert sooner. Would definitely recommend not only for the funding help but the high quality windows and professional and expert fitters. Excellent service along with quality windows and doors. We had our whole house fitted with new windows and doors at the end of January and the whole process was very simple. We were able to take our time with deciding on colour options for our front door and the team went through all of our questions thoroughly. Would recommend signature windows immediately

Great expirence with this company from the door sales man to the fitters, upon completion I had noticed a slight issue with one of the windows and when I rang the office up in regards to this they sent someone out the following day to fix the issue which was amazing! Would recommend this company to all.

I honestly can't find any fault whatsoever with the whole process of replacing our 6 windows. From the start with telephone calls, to the sales procedure (with no pressure or hard sell) to the booking in & the fitting itself, the whole process was a breeze.
All of the staff I dealt with were polite & friendly.
On the day of the fitting, Chris, Andy & Connor arrived promptly & got straight on with the job. They grafted away all day, removing & replacing 6 windows & left the house immaculate, having cleared up any mess both indoors & outdoors. The windows were cleaned inside & out & the house looks absolutely great. It's so warm...& quiet too. Guess that proves how much the job needed doing!!

I honestly expected the whole replacement to be stressful & it absolutely wasn't.
I can't thank Signature Windows enough & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering giving their home a makeover.
The guys even adjusted our patio doors which had dropped (& weren't included in the job) when I asked their advice how to do it. Totally over & above!
Several of my neighbours have been to ask who we went through & I've been very happy to recommend Signature.

Right for me to write a review in the first place is one thing. For me to trust trade people is another.
But all I can genuinely say is that I am genuinely over the moon. From the start the professionalism , friendly service of talking me through the windows and doors. The benefits, safety features, money saving heating bills etc. with absolutely no sales pressure ( which I hate) .there was none what so ever win win.
To Johnathan the fitter,you are a true craftsman. Your work is totally outstanding from start to finish What a worker. He even put our blinds back up.
I would totally recommend signature Windows. And have already had many positives comments.
Even down to a follow up call.

Andy and team arrived and started work to replace all my windows and 2 doors, they kept a very clean workspace, kept me informed of the work and left me with a nice looking house that's also very warm. The experience from the start was great, the gentleman who came round to quote us was knowledgeable and honest and not pushy in any way. The installation of the windows and doors was seamless and quick as well and the property has benefitted massively from the new look as well as the cladding which has been done on the outside. I have recommended this company already to a few people and will continue to do so!

Had our windows and porch fitted by Kris and David 2 days ago, wow what a fantastic team. From their arrival, they were kind and communicated brilliantly of what their plan was to do.
They took care in everything they did by even moving things out of the way and placing a towel over to keep items clean from dust, its the little things like this that I respect.
They kept me up to date throughout the day making sure they got every detail correct even down to which way we would like our door to open, the job was done within the day whilst keeping the quality of the fitting fantastic.
The quality of the windows and doors are amazing we are still in shock of how much it has changed the look of the house now.
We even got shown how to use the front door keys which was very helpful as the keys were very different to our old ones.
From the very beginning of the first salesman knocking on our door to the very end with the fitters Signature Windows & Doors have been a fantastic company. Thank you very much we love our new windows and doors. Would defo recommend this company.

Great service from the team at signature with my new windows, came round to measure one week and they were fitted the following week, fantastic turnaround especially right before Christmas.
