I was pleased with signature windows got 7 windows 1 door all replaced in a day 2 lads were great left no mess

Brilliant company. From Tom coming to measure up to the two lads fitting our windows. They were all great and the window fitters never stopped from arriving until they finished. They left no mess and to top it off they were both sunderland supporters. I would recommend this company 100%.

The whole experience, from Tom coming to talk us through options to suit our budget to Kris and Dave coming to fit the windows and doors, has been exceptional. They were very accommodating, fitting our installation date in at pretty short notice before our already arranged bathroom refit. Kris and Dave worked incredibly hard to get all of our windows and both front and back doors fitted in one day, to a great finish and without leaving any mess behind. The level of care shown in minimising mess when removing the old windows was not something you regularly see. All together a fabulous experience and would highly recommend.

We had a great experience using this company. Informative sales person (Brad) who gave us all of the information we needed and answered any questions, we didn't feel under any pressure to make a rushed decision. I liked that we were shown a sample window at this appointment and could see the quality of the window and Brad explained the features of the window and how it was superior to our current old windows. Chris and Connor fitted our windows and worked efficiently, they were very friendly and completed the job to a high standard finishing off around the windows neatly. They cleaned up well after. I feel like there is a noticeable difference already in terms of noise and also quality of the windows when opening and closing them (they feel well sealed). Hopefully I will see more benefits throughout winter.

Tom came out to provide a quote and went through options, along with showing us a mini version of the actual windows used, we booked in on that day due to the reasonable discount/grant available and have had all new windows and doors fitted today (less than 5 weeks later!) by Andy and Dan who were professional, respectful and clean. So far so good!

Great service from all the staff, we had a small issue with the window sills which was soon sorted. The fitters were on time and fitted 9 windows, front door, back door and patio doors in a single day with very little mess. They were friendly and very helpful.

The entire process has been easy and the staff on the phone have been approachable and engaging the entire time. We chose a wildcard for the window colour and the staff were really informative, encouraging and excited to fit the windows which was really reassuring. On the day of the fitting, Chris & Dave came from 8:30 until 5ish and did not stop all day. They were a well polished duo and very nice. We had an outstanding window to still fit which was done yesterday by another 2 staff members and they were equally as efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much and they helped me put my blinds back up as I couldn't figure out how to do it. The windows and door look incredible and the neighbours are extremely complimentary. This was such a big investment for us but we can already feel the difference in the house due to the windows. We love the colour.

Very punctual, accommodating to installation time and day to allow us to organise days off work. Cleared everything away. Speedy and professional workmanship. Very pleased with results.

From start to finish a great experience with signature windows and doors. From getting the quote making everything clear and getting exactly what we wanted. Great communication all the way through the process and the installation was exceptional. The lads who installed the windows were friendly, clean and quick. And they have done an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend signature to anyone looking to replace their windows or doors. Top class

Wish I’d never come across Signature windows. The whole palava started on 23/01/2023and went in from there. 2 days without windows at one point on downstairs as wrong ones sent. Cold and rainy January. Had to put cardboard and bits of wood and thick curtains to keep out wind and rain. Communication poor between company, installers and myself. Installation poor. Draughts can be felt down sides. The sealant used shrunk so holes letting draughts in, still not sorted. The whole rigmarole was stressful and caused anxiety. I don’t like thinking about it all TBH. Still not right.

Dave and Chris came and fitted my patio door.They were polite helpful and cleaned up after themselves.No mess really pleased with the work and the doors.

I wouldn’t ever use this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’ve had nothing but bother and have been left with no option but to report them to FENSA for non compliance.

Windows were fitted 6 months ago and we’re still having issues for which we’re having to chase on an ongoing basis for some kind of resolution. Our messages/requests seem to fall into the ether.

We’ve endured THREE scratched window units, TWO scratched living room units. All trickle vents were STUFFED with silicone. TWO front doors as the original one they provided was of an appalling quality. That is SEVEN entire unit replacements which is extremely inconvenient when you work full time and need to keep taking time away from work to be available. Not to mention that all trickle vents have been replaced once already and there are still issues! New French doors have been lifted three times and they’ve dropped again!! There’s a mighty draught coming through the living room window and one of their representatives recently confirmed there was an issue with the sealing and trickle vent (he advised that the wrong type of vents have been installed) on this unit and that it would need fixing ASAP - 6 weeks and several phone calls later, we’re still awaiting any kind of call back or acknowledgment from signature. One of our guest bedroom windows whistles and squeals in the wind despite being “nipped in” twice. I have no idea what these people are doing when they come over to “fix” these issues as they are either left as they are or much worse. The same for my bathroom window - constantly whistling in the wind despite being “fixed” multiple times. I couldn’t count on two hands and two feet the amount of issues we’ve had since installation.

The quality of work, and materials, this company uses is sub standard at best. They are not cheap either!

It’s a shame because Ryan their salesman is really nice. Most definitely the best part of this company and our entire experience using this company. I’m sure I will receive more unpleasant messages from the “boss” after this but people need to be aware of the kind of experience they may have if choosing this company.

Professional, efficient and deliver a high-quality service.

We have used Signature three times and they have now replaced every door and window in our house. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been personable and professional and the service has been excellent. The work has been completed to a very high standard and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. I would happily recommend them.

Great company to deal with. From the initial survey and discussions of options and styles of driveway to the installation of the drive, I was treated as a customer should be. With respect.
The guys laying the drive did a great job and were always polite. They took the time to answer queries.
I'm impressed with the work done and how they left the worksite clean and tidy once they had finished.
I'd not hesitate to recommend them for their quality of work and their attitude to the customer.

A great experience, everything was straight forward and easy. The team were spot on from start to finish. I would highly recommend these if your after some new windows.
