Good comms. Professional attitude. Didn’t insist on cash in hand. Good result to the carpets. What every tradesman should be like

Stairs and landing carpet clean
I simply had to give a 5 star rating for the carpet cleaning service I enjoyed today [Saturday 4.8.2013]
A man called Farid arrived and he was polite and a gentleman.
He came on time and he was both professional and very well equipped.
After an initial inspection and discussion he set about cleaning the stairs and my upstairs landing.
While I have hoovered regularly the carpets are over 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned in that time.
An hour and a half later it all looked so much better and truly clean afterwards - such a pleasure to see it as such after 10 years of heavy usage.
I can honestly say that I was very impressed with his work and happy to pay the £110 for such a smashing job.
Antiviral treatment is included with the cleaning.
He even sprayed a deodoriser to finish.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****
