Great service and job well done . Will definitely be using this company again

I booked a professional end-of-tenancy clean and all seemed well getting a quote and setting up the appointment but soon after they arrived I received a phone call saying it was going to cost extra and they weren't able to clean the oven because it required "specialist equipment". Having little choice once they were already there I reluctantly agreed, wanting the new tenants of the property to have a professionally cleaned place to move into.

I had already moved out of the property so didn't have an opportunity to inspect the job but later found out through the managing agent that there were some areas that hadn't been touched and the whole clean was not up to the professional standard they would expect.

When I raised this with Farid he refused to help, saying that more than 7 days had passed since the job and so they wouldn't provide a free re-clean in line with their policy. He also refused to provide any kind of refund despite me having to arrange another cleaner to come in and do the job again.

Save yourself the hassle and don't use this company if you want a proper job doing.
