I had an unsatisfactory experience with Farid's deep cleaning service for my carpet, mattress, and curtains. To begin with, Farid over half an hour late to the appointment, which was not a massive inconvenience for me at the time. While the mattress and curtains were cleaned adequately, the carpet cleaning was not alright.

The corners of the room were left with a visible layer and chunks of dust, indicating that the carpet was not cleaned properly. However, the main issue lay under the bed. Before the service, I had emphasized the importance of thorough cleaning under the bed and even offered assistance with moving the bed to ensure it could be cleaned properly. Farid assured me it would be taken care of.

Despite my explicit instructions and willingness to help, Farid claimed it had been cleaned adequately using the wand that reached under the bed. He pointed out there is a SMALL chance there is a small spot he coudn’t reach. However, after the service was completed, I moved the bed myself, only to discover a substantial layer of grey dust with massive visible chunks underneath.

When I reached out to Farid with pictures of the unsatisfactory results, his response was disappointing. He suggested that it just needed a vacuum, which was far from the deep cleaning service I had paid £175 for. There was no effort on his part to make things right or rectify the situation.

This experience left me deeply dissatisfied with Farid's cleaning service, and I would caution others against using his services for anything beyond basic cleaning tasks.

I had a medium sized rug and large footstool cleaned and I’m so impressed and happy with the results. The rug was NOT easy to clean as it has wool knots all over it and had been in a high traffic area, and Farid was able to get so much dirt out of it. Both the rug and footstool look good as new and I feel much more comfortable now as the rug will be in my new baby’s room! And it’s clear Farid is very thoughtful and passionate about his work, as before he left he gave me tips for keeping both items in good shape, not to mention he bent over backwards to make sure he could use his tools in my flat on a high floor. One point of reference for future bookings — I found Farid much more responsive over web chat and WhatsApp, rather than email, so I will be using those channels first to book in the future.

Service was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about carpet types and stains. They come with a heavy-duty Airflex Storm Professional Carpet cleaning machine, and all associated stain removal liquid products. They were able to remove glue stains from our carpet. I was surprised to see the amount of dirt that can be hidden in even freshly vacuumed carpets. Very happy with the service!
