Farid was so professional
Farid was so professional, gentle mannered and knowledgeable. Straightaway, I knew my expensive sofas were in good hands.
They hadn't been cleaned in quite a while due to my grandchildren playing on them but the time had come...
and I wasn't disappointed.
Highly recommend.

Great, professional service
We had an urgent sofa cleaning needed and Silkway came up on google. Their quote was more competitive than many other places and they quickly responded to all queries.
The gentleman that visited to do the cleaning was very helpful and responsive about the work and the whole process. To top it off, he cleaned a footrest for free when I completely forgot to mention it in the initial quote request! Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely reccomend Silkway to anyone who is interested in upholstery cleaning.

Excellent cleaning from Silkway
I had my sofas cleaned by Tariq from silkway cleaning.co.uk today 17th of April 2024.He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I would use this company again and would recommend them to my family and friends for cleaning carpets and upholstery.

Throughly recommend
I have used Silkway a number of times and have always been very pleased with the results. Farid is always on time, polite, respectful of my property and does a thorough job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. I knew he was the right guy for the job when he was able to get out a stain caused by sudocream… which anyone with children will know is almost impossible.

Muddy water mark
My pot plant accidentally fell on the floor and the mud water spilled on my new carpet :-(, but thankfully this was taken care of. The guy was also very friendly and gave some useful tips. Plan to use this company again
