Silkway Cleaning Ltd Reviews

This was my first time using Silkway Cleaning and from the start I was very pleased. They were very quick to answer my inquiries, to give a quote and to schedule an appointment. The cleaning process went smooth and quick with top results which was impressive, the previous company I was using would normally take double the time. I’m happy i choose them, many thanks to Farid for a wonderful job and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using this cleaning company for a few months now and have been consistently impressed. The team is punctual, professional, and always leaves my home spotless. They pay great attention to detail and are very courteous. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services.

Great service on an antique rug! Amazing how much grub is hidden in a carpet!!
👍👍👍👍👍

found Silkway through a random Google search without any references. I am very impressed with their good communication, thorough cleaning and very nice team. The carpet had never been cleaned in 7yrs, now all are like new. The full cleaning was also very professional. Would recommend them and will be using them again.

Wouldn’t recommend. Really poor end of tenancy cleaning (oven and toilet still left dirty, closets not cleaned at all) and so I didn’t get some of my deposit back. They have a “guarantee” where they will come and fix things if you are unhappy (I was informed of the deposit deductions after the week window had passed and so I couldn’t use the reclean offer and they refused to give even a partial refund) but it should have been properly cleaned the first time around. Really disappointing service.

Working with Silkway has been outstanding so far, the works are always complete with detailed photos and a quick response if any queries. As a prime central London estate agent - we have a lot of properties that require specific end of tenancy cleans and attention, this never gets missed and it is always an above and beyond service.

I found Silkway through a random Google search without any references. However, I was very impressed with their good communication, thorough cleaning and very nice team. The sofa was very stained and carpet had never been cleaned in 5yrs, yet they managed to leave both in an almost "like new" condition. The full flat cleaning was also very professional. Could not recommend more.

Very professional and friendly worker that cleaned efficiently the stairs and main areas of my building.
Would definitely recommend to others

Great service!! My sofa is like new. I would definitely recommend.

It was easy to get an estimate, book it and have the job done. Very professional. I have recommended Silkway cleaning to others. Keep up the good work!

Extremely happy with the service provided!!

Fariq did an excellent job on our stairs and landing. The company saved our carpets so we didn’t need to buy new ones. I recommend this company anytime

Lovely bloke and great job

Silkway cleaning were able to arrange a suitable and convenient time to clean my hallway and 2 bedroom carpets with short notice. They were prompt, professional, polite and and very efficient. I'm extremely happy with the service provided. My carpets look brand new again and seem to be softer too.
I was also given good advice about taking care of my carpet.
I would definitely recommend Silkway to anyone in need of this type of cleaning service.

I highly recommend Silkway Cleaning for both thorough and professional carpet cleaning and hard floor cleaning (tile and laminate) Farid was punctual, professional and very knowledgable about his work. We used him post-renters and I cannot tell you what a difference their work made to our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Farid to homeowners or businesses.

During my move out stage I was struggling to find a good cleaving service. I came across Silkway Cleaning. They gave me a really competitive price for a deep clean on a one bedroom flat. The cleaner turned up on time and spent 4 hours cleaning the flat. She thorough hard working and very meticulous. I couldn’t find a thing wrong with her work. The oven and fridge were cleaned to excellent standards. I would throughly recommend this company. They very reliable and very competitively priced

Farid was so efficient, professional and thorough when coming to clean my 2x rooms.
I needed an urgent appointment and he managed to fit me in on the same day which was greatly appreciated.
I was on a work call when he left, so he let himself out and he was so discreet. Would highly recommend

Well satisfied 😊

Fantastic service
