Singer Outlet offer a huge range of well priced sewing machines. I have always wanted an embroidery machine but it has always been out if my price range. Then I saw the Singer Outlet advert and saw the machine I wanted at half price! I spoke to a lady on the chat box and she added lots of extras to my order for free,including needles, threads, warranty, delivery, alsorts! So at last I have my beautiful machine, it arrived within a week of ordering and I am thrilled! Happy Days! Thank you to the team at Singer Outlet 👏

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Problem 1: I purchased a Singer computerized heavy-duty sewing machine in black. Initially, Danielle was very helpful and assured me the machine would arrive within five days. However, it never came. After multiple messages via chat, I was given a delivery date and tracking number—still no machine. When I sent emails (since no one ever answers the phone), I was finally told that the black machine was unavailable and had to choose the grey one instead. That one arrived without issues.

Problem 2: The machine had issues. I requested a refund and spoke to Danielle again, but instead of offering a refund, she just sent me a link to contact Singer directly.

Problem 3: After contacting Singer, they sent me a new bobbin case. I then reached out via WhatsApp to request an exchange for a different model, as I had paid extra for a test run. At first, they were accommodating and told me to choose another model. However, after selecting one, my WhatsApp messages were ignored. When I tried calling, I was told to email instead.

I’m still waiting for a response—even though they’ve seen my messages. I’m simply being ignored.

Next Steps:
I’m reporting this to Trading Standards.

I have seen many sewing machines but none of one has been this much luky for me. I loved this machine

User friendly website, all the info you need is on there, huge range, easy to order and pay, very quick delivery, excellent comms - wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommended.

I placed my order for multiple items and I didn’t have to wait long to receive it.
Everything was there and the walking foot is an amazing addition to assisting my projects.
The service from the outlet is excellent, and the products are very good quality.

My new Heavy Duty Singer machine arrived promptly and is a joy to use, the instructions for use are easy to follow.
The cost of this machine was very reasonable.
So far I have made several tote bags and started sewing patches for a quilt.
I would recommend Singer to anyone and will buy from them again in the future.

Prompt service and also prompt delivery

Love this machine. It's quiet and fast, and I'm blown away by the automatic buttonhole and button feature. The delivery from Singer Outlet is incredibly quick. My only comment regarding the delivery is that it arrives in its product box. If you are purchasing it as a gift for someone, the make and model are prominently displayed. I also wasn't pleased that they stick the shipping label directly on the box; if you plan to keep it, the label cannot be removed and will be permanently attached. But those obviously don't affect the machine that I'll have to rate 10 out of 10.

Order X2547. Knowledgeable staff. Discussed the different models available. My daughter wanted a sewing machine for her fashion course. The model we wanted wasn’t available in stock but was delivered to us within a few days. Threads, needles, scissors were included in the purchase. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very happy with my Singer M16 sewing machine (to replace my old sewing machine which I’ve had for over 50years). Easy to use, works well. Nice & light which I really wanted.
