Estos transportistas has cumplido su trabajo perfecto, con todas avizasiones y cosas necesarias para un seguimiento perfecto. Un désastre. Surtout leur sous traitant FLASH EXPRESS de Montpellier. Appelé plusieurs fois ce jour pour avoir une information sur le colis. A la finale me dire qu' il est dans le camion du livreur à 17h45. 18h33 toujours rien.
La personne que j' ai eu sur la plateforme Skynet avait l' air agacée. La première personne que j' ai eu elle à été super, mais malheureusement pas de suite favorable.

PENOSO! Contraté sus servicios a través de Packlink. No sólo mis cajas van a llegar más de un mes tarde, si no que además me han cobrado unos gastos de gestión desproporcionados (superiores a los gastos de envío) y que no me han sabido justificar correctamente. Si no hacía el pago, no procedían a la entrega de mis cajas. Un servicio lamentable.

I was honestly really nervous waiting for my package to arrive after reading the reviews, but I had no need to be. Ordered two packages from motelrocks on Monday (13/01/2020) & received them today! (Friday, 17/01/2020) Only took 5 days from the UK to be delivered here to me in Australia. Was kept up to date with info on my parcel throughout its transit. I’m pretty happy with Skynet Express! This was my first experience with them and it went really well.

Lo peor del peor. Via Packlink traté de mandar un paquete a mi hija que vive en Japon. El paquete està bloqueado desde una semana en el transit de Madrid debajo el falso pretexto que pesa 2 kg mas asi que mide un centimetro mas. Quieren 19 euros mas, lo que he pagado con PayPal. Non obstante, el paquete està todavia en el transit de Madrid. No tengo ningun aviso de Packlink o de Skynet. Es la pimera y ultima experiencia con ellos. La oficina de Correos es màs barato, fiable y rapido aunque me cuesta dos horas de camino a pied.

Fatal, mande un paquete con ellos y me lo perdieron durante 4 meses, hasta que llego podrido en una bolsa de basura. Lástima que no puedo adjuntar aquí fotos, porque veríais el "antes" y el "después". Contrate a través de Packlink (servicio aún más nefasto) que le da toda la culpa a Skynet.

Bonjour, c'est dommage qu'il n'est pas possible de donner des étoiles pour la nullité des services de cette entreprise... j'aurai aimer donner mille étoiles!
J'attends encore un colis envoyé le 21/12/2018 et censé d'arriver avant Noel...
Le service clients du siège en Angleterre comme celui de France se moque de nos demandes avec de réponses (quand ils ont la bienveillance de répondre) contradictoires d'un jour a l'autre et avec des motivations aussi pénibles que leur services et leur sens commercial.
Mon unique conseil - ne JAMAIS utilisez les services de Skynet, c'est que du gaspillage nerveux et financier.

then they say they came at 9 but there were nobody at home (i was there)
then on the tracking site they speak about paris but i do not live in paris...
then they say that they did not come because they do not have my phone number...

parcel landed but was stuck in transit for over a week with no updates (my parcel was an express one too, with a promised transit time of 2 days). customer service is severely lacking and barely responded to emails. I eventually received my parcel in good condition (be patient and it'll most likely come!!) but the anxiety and worry for an entire week, plus time wasted waiting around was upsetting.

I ordered some parts from the U.K. on 22 May 2018, and the package has spent the last few days in Johannesburg with Skynet seemingly unable to understand that this is a private order being delivered to my work address. The responses to queries are not very helpful and there is a clear lack of understanding regarding the shipping address. I have tried many times to explain this, but to no avail. Today (04/06/2018) I've called thrice, but no answer. Unless I received proper assistance I cannot recommend Skynet to anyone, nor any online company who make use of Skynet. I have ordered from this U.K. company before using the same details as on this order and on that occasion there were no issues. Now with this order there are issues. Same U.K. company, only difference is the courier company (Skynet) that they now make use of.
