I’m not real abreast of electronics and the team from smart energy helped a lot I’m still not 100% clear on the AI component In the meter box but that’s not a smart energy issue that is the way we are headed weather you want to or not so I’m just happy to lessen my electricity bill thanks

The experience was good. Great helpful team. Had an issue at first installation attempt but quickly solved by the team and installing was seamless. The issue was with the existing equipment and not related to the installation process. The team worked quickly to help me resolve it and the rest of the process went like clockwork. A good installation and buying experience.

I was contacted in a timely manner with suggestions and my issue was later followed up with me to make sure all was well.

Smart energy contacted me as to which way I should go with my battery and energy .

All went well all working well. Install completed without a hitch.

Fantastic experience from initial contact, appointment with the consultant where everything was explained to ensure understanding. Then installation, the technicians arrived at slotted time, installed the unit quickly explaining everything as they went. Then ensured the app was installed and everything was running correctly. The professionalism from this company is exceptional.

Great service from beginning to end, with all clear communication across all the team about the product and the installation and great after installation support as well.

All the steps were well coordinated.
The process was simple!

It is rare to find honest people these days - especially sales people. When we answered a knock on the door to a pleasant young man, we agreed to having a sales person come to our house to talk about our current system and see what else we might need. Another extremely pleasant young man came (right on time) to speak with us. His name was Kyan, and he would be one of the most honest people we have come across in a long time! He assessed our needs, also what we already had installed, then said we did not need anything else. He was courteous, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who needs help with solar panels etc. Gavin & Jan Cormican.

I appreciated the time spent, when this did happen, to clarify all details of the installations which were done. I had solar panels, battery, heat pump hot water heater and ducted air conditioning installed.

Unfortunately I was not advised from the beginning that wifi is needed to monitor the functioning of the battery and the solar panels. I need to keep exposure to wifi low for health reasons.

The heat pump electric hot water is excellent, the solar panels and battery have reduced my electricity bill and I appreciate the electric reverse cycle air conditioning, although it does not provide instant heat like gas heating. It is worth making the adjustment however and I am starting to appreciate how electric reverse cycle air conditioning can fit in with my needs.

Everyone was helpful and polite. Made it clear and easy to understand.

They rang us up discussing the new NSW Interest Free Loan Scheme, told us they were the premium brand on the market and then decided to quote us 12k for a system that goes for 3 to 4k on any given Sunday. Absolute scammers, trying to take advantage of seniors and the average working class family, ripping off the govenment aswell as the consumer. Absolute amateur and trash of a salesman or should we say conman.

Everything went smoothly, the install team were polite and friendly and answered questions at the time
