Jennifer Ings was my designer and she designed a beautiful kitchen based off of my colours and style I was looking for. The process was easy and she was really kind. They take on board everything you might want and are very clear about what they can and can’t achieve.

Where do I start?? Smile kitchens have been INCREDIBLE from start to finish creating my dream kitchen. Tom the designer was so patient and helpful as we worked through ideas. He really knew his stuff and had great suggestions. The after care has been great too, they were in touch with my fitter when he had questions and the fact it arrives fabricated makes things so much easier for the fitter. The finish on the kitchen is gorgeous. It feels expensive and looks exactly as I had dreamed but was literally half the price of any other kitchens we considered. I would highly recommend Smile!

Martyn has been amazing through the whole process from start to finish, great communication and design, I would highly recomend.

Service was fabulous. Our designer Katie Denton was always very responsive, made great suggestions and was able to talk me through every stage of the process. I really valued her input during the process.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Smile Kitchens and particularly with my kitchen designer Alicia, who was so warm, knowledgeable and made every appointment something I looked forward to.

Coming from a design background I was very particular about what I wanted, and probably asked a lot more questions and took a lot more time making final decisions - but Alicia guided me through the process with confidence and never once made me feel I was taking up too much of her time.

I'm so excited for our kitchen, and really don't believe I could have designed something of the same quality with anyone else. I'll genuinely miss my design appointments, which says it all!

We were recommended Smile Kitchens by a neighbour who has the most gorgeous kitchen. Based on our experience so far, I have nothing but good things to say!! Jane Thyeson is our Kitchen Designer, and she has been an absolute delight to work with. The design process has been so thorough, seamless and really enjoyable. Jane has been so patient with us changing our minds a lot, has never made us feel like we are hassle and I believe she just genuinely cares about the end result. There are no pushy sales tactics and it seems like Smile Kitchens have options to suit varying budgets. We've just put our order through for our kitchen and couldn't be more excited for it to arrive. Thank you, Jane, you are the best!!  

I love my new kitchen. I couldn’t find a colour I really liked anywhere and so did the colour match service which was fab so please with how it timed out. Smile were really easy to work with and the end result looks super stylish and top quality.

Martyn has been brilliant throughout the design process of my 3 rooms, pantry, mud room and laundry, nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend.

Our kitchen designer, Katie, was a pleasure to work with, making the experience stress-free, informative, seamless, and no pressure. The kitchen was just what we wanted, and she designed it beautifully, suggesting things we didn't even know we wanted. She also sent us samples in the post that arrived very quickly, which we are able to return after use, which made choosing easier.

By far the best experience I’ve had with any kitchen designer by miles - I got a same day appointment which was online - no trekking to a showroom - thanks to Tom who listened to what I wanted and came up with some great suggestions as to how to configure the units to maximise the space potential. Would highly recommend

Friendly and efficient kitchen delivery, explained parts well and went through the paperwork so we were clear on it all. Couple of small dent made to one wall when bringing parts through which will need filling

Had an appointment booked, reminders all sent, even an hour before - used this link to join. Sat on Zoom for 20 minutes having cleared my diary of commercial and money making appointments. I then called, was on hold for 5 minutes after being told they had no diary appointments today. Then she announced Miss "Smile" was off sick today, and they even had the cheek to allege they had emailed me, a clear lie especially as I did not receive one and received reminders all day! Unbelievable and certainly not a "smiley" experience. A near miss!!

Following on from their reply.. that only adds salt to a wound. As it entirely overlooks the fact I was sent a REMINDER an hour before the appointment; it was this reminder link I used to join. If they had emailed and cancelled the appointment, no link would have arrived in my inbox. Equally when I called their representatives had no clue about any appointments. We all screw up, but some accept it and hold their hands up, others lie! If you have pride in your communications skills, you are delusional.

We absolutely love our new kitchen!

Izzy guided us through the process with great patience and a real eye for detail. In the end, we decided to go ahead with Smile because the design she came up with made much better use of the available space than other companies had been able to offer us. It is a genuinely personal service tailored to your requirements.

The after care was first class, too. We were short of a unit handle when the delivery was made. It arrived the following day after a quick phone call.

The delivery lads were excellent. They arrived around 8 am and unloaded all of the pre-assembled units, handling them with great care and ensuring that no unnecessary knocks to either the kitchen or walls occurred. They were the only Smile employees that I actually met in-person and they were really good ambassadors for the company.

The quality of the finished product is unbelievable. The kitchen has transformed the feel of our entire house, and at a much more affordable price than other brands of similar quality.

Really easy design service with adjustments made to suit our budget and design vision. It was great to have a consultation with Jennifer (who was super helpful) to see the design in 3D. This helped us visualise it, and with Jennifers suggestions we feel we have a great kitchen design. Smile went above and beyond by also offering us their new check measure service, where Tom was very helpful and confirmed all our measurements were correct before ordering. Was nice to have peace of mind that everything will fit.

We took delivery of our new kitchen this morning, Rob & James arrived on time & carefully unloaded our kitchen into our empty garage. Every box was number labelled to correspond to the kitchen plan so our joiner can find each Component with ease for installation, kitchen unit doors where ready assembled onto the carcasses. Everything went smoothly. Will leave a further review once kitchen is finished Thank you so much 😊

The design process is very thorough. We love the kitchen design and our designer Izzy was very helpful and patient with us. We had multiple design meetings via Zoom and explored various options while our kitchen layout changed too. I wish we'd discuss costs more throughout the process rather than just at the end though. Currently awaiting our kitchen so can't give full review yet. Would highly recommend so far though.

If I could give Smile Kitchens more than 5 stars, I would! Jane and the rest of the team have been fantastic, we have our dream kitchen!

The kitchen itself is fantastic quality and looks stunning! This is actually our second kitchen from Smile and both have been outstanding!

A mixed experience.

Our first meeting was great, we felt listened to and excited by the potential design. The designer encouraged us to email him all our thoughts. We heard back once and then nothing. We were on a tight timescale and was advised this would be fine. Eventually I got in touch via the live chat and was advised the designer was on holiday for 2 weeks!

We were allocated another designer and everything went smoothly with the rest of the design, she was very responsive to emails and we were happy with our design. I felt positive that the earlier experience was a blip and everything else would be fine.

However, this was not to be. We were advised that the worktops, which are normally be delivered on the same day would be delivered the next working day, as they are only in our area once a week. I don't know why Smile didn't know this as they could have scheduled our delivery for the same day as the worktops.. We were then told that the worktops would be delayed by a week as they didn't have enough orders to justify coming our way that week! We can't exactly use the kitchen without a worktop so an additional week of waiting is really disappointing and very inconvenient. Smile did apologise and offered to pay for the fitter having to return. But instead of just deducting from our invoice what would be the average cost/or a goodwill sum for the inconvenience we need to send them our invoice, so again this has created extra work for us.

The kitchen arrived early on the delivery day and all went smoothly. However, I was later advised several items had been missed and would be sent out. I understand these things can happen but it seems a bit careless and it is frustrating to have to be available for yet another delivery. We are also missing several cupboard doors as they are out of stock so we will have an unfinished kitchen for potentially 6-11 weeks (we have been told September).

My fitter recommended Howdens as they are local and we wouldn't have had these types of issues with deliveries, out of stock items etc. However, I really liked the style of the Smile kitchens and our designer advised the quality and guarantee is much better. The issues have all been minor (except for the worktop), but there have been several and it causes some stress. I can only hope that when the kitchen is fitted we are happy with it.

Amazing designer helped us create the kitchen we love, explained and created the designs over many iterations until we got it just right. Great value for the quality and price of the units. Just waiting now for the units and kitchen to be installed.
