From the very first meeting with Izzy at Smile Kitchens, I knew I was in safe hands. Designing a kitchen can feel overwhelming, but she made the whole experience exciting, enjoyable and completely stress free.

She really listened to how I live and understood the vision I had for my home. I wanted a timeless Victorian inspired kitchen with lots of character, hidden appliances and beautiful little details, and somehow she managed to bring everything together perfectly. Her eye for design is incredible, and she came up with ideas I’d never have thought of myself.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Izzy was patient, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely cared about creating a kitchen that was right for me rather than simply selling one.

After renovating my home over the last four years, I’ve worked with lots of different companies, and the service from Smile Kitchens has honestly been one of the best. I’m so excited to see the finished result and I can’t thank Izzy enough for all of her hard work, creativity and support.

Very helpful and stress free

Jane was a fantastic design consultant and we had a wonderful experience with Smile. Although we didn’t ultimately go with Smile, it was only due to our financing requirements but otherwise would have. Heads above the rest.

Worked with Huse, an excellent Designer, the process was smooth, everything was clear and we were guided throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend Smile Kitchens!

Had a really good experience with Smile Kitchens. Isabella was so helpful when designing the kitchen and sent out lots of samples for me to have a look at. Would definitely recommend.

From the very first call Jon was excellent. Listened to my thoughts about the space but took a cold look at it and came back with really great suggestions.
He provided drawings after the call (as he had committed to) and then shared several samples really quickly to help me with my decision making.

He articulated the process clearly and I was genuinely surprised by the high quality of the product versus some of the high street providers.

He explained the installation process and also what options there were where I wanted appliances that Smile don’t stock.

I found his design ideas inspiring both from a layout and look.

I have really enjoyed working with him and would recommend Smiles and particularly Jon for your kitchen.

Excellent team to work with from design to helping out with little queries. Nothing was to much trouble for them.

A special review for the Smile Delivery Team, super friendly, very helpful, on time, fast! Amazing job delivering my kitchen. Turned up on the dot and was done and dusted within 20 mins. They were really careful stacking the kitchen in my chosen room and gave really clear instructions about numbering and checking. Thanks so much for such an efficient job.

Jennifer (our personal desinger) has been absolutly brilliant throughout the desing process. We asked her to design with only key items we wanted and Jennifer did an amazing job of utilising our space in the best possible way.
Samples were sent direclty out to us within a couple of days and in a follow up meeting we were able to discuss what colours and worktop would work best.
She was extremly patient with our "I promise this isthe last change" after abut 30 last changes and very accomodating of timing for online meetings (we have young kids so 7/8pm at night is perfect for us).
We will leave a follow up review of our kitchen review once installed - but as far as design service this was one if not the best service we had when searching for our kitchen.
Once again thank you Jennifer for all the support with making our dream kitchen a reality!

Smile made the experience of choosing my kitchen a pleasure rather than stressful. The first meeting with Alicia was over an hour - a very professional and personal service without feeling any pressure. I like their ethos of making sure your kitchen fitter has checked the plans and measurements before they will accept your order. And then there is a follow up meeting to discuss the order and make any changes - again no pressure and I am very happy with the kitchen i have chosen. Compared to other companies very good value too. Then you and your fitter are supported by their aftercare team for delivery and fitting but I'm not at that stage so can't comment on that.

Had a fantastic experience with Smile, both in the design and delivery process.

Our designer Tom was excellent, honest and never felt like we were under pressure, which made a massive difference. We also felt like a priority, whilst other kitchen suppliers didn’t even seem bothered to work with us.

Unlike most suppliers, the delivery crew were extremely helpful, putting the items inside the house where I requested them - rather than curbside. They were on time, friendly and made the process seamless. A big thank you to Rob and Brad who, on the hottest day of the year, saved me a huge job.

We haven’t fitted the kitchen yet, but on current track, we don’t anticipate any problems.

We received the delivery of our kitchen and utility from Smile Kitchens yesterday and are so pleased. It was a large delivery so we were a little concerned, however the delivery guys Rob and Brad were amazing. Super careful and friendly. Thank you!

I had high hopes for Smile kitchen. We have used Wren before and loved their services, but our budget for our new kitchen was significantly less than before. I came across Smile Kitchens through targeted Meta ads, which stated “up to 42% less than other providers” so I was very excited about this, thinking we’d found our solution to our budget issue.

Our designer was very proactive in the lead up to our consultation, asking questions and keeping us informed, and he very kindly accommodated for us when we were running late.

Sadly, when we had our appointment, we were let down by the price, despite providing our budget prior to our appointment, the kitchen came out nearly x3 the price. When I asked about this, I was told that he had used the premium range. Whilst I appreciate this would have given us a lovely kitchen, it did not fit the brief or the budget we had stated, so unfortunately this was a bit of a waste of our (and the designers) time.

I’m sure that the kitchen services are great, looking at other reviews, but we left our appointment feeling very disheartened.

The experience from start to finish was seamless, and the design process was incredibly smooth. Jennifer was extremely helpful throughout, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and delivering a design that perfectly met our expectations.

Tom Elliott was fantastic. He designed my kitchen exactly as I had envisioned it, talked me through all the available options and provided expert advice throughout. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with Tom if you have the opportunity.

Our experience with Smile has been great. Natalie was our designer and whilst we knew almost exactly what we wanted, she had suggestions about things that we hadn't thought of, that have made a big difference in the overall use of the kitchen. The delivery process was great, we were kept well informed of delivery date & time by Emily and the driver Rob and his mates Brad & Scott were incredibly timely and helpful, putting the units where I wanted them. The installation pack that comes with the delivery made checking off all my items easy and quick. My fitter has had no issues with damages and has complimented the quality of the products, saying they were a dream to install. We did have one small item missing but it was sent out quickly once I reported it to Emily and didn't hold up fitting in any way. Overall, im ecstatic with the kitchen, it looks exactly like I had originally pictured in my head!

I can’t complement Smile Kitchens enough. If you are considering a kitchen from them don’t hesitate!
Firstly I was assigned a kitchen designer, who was Jon. The whole design process went smoothly and I felt very confident to place my order. Jon kept in touch throughout. Once the order was placed I was then assigned to Jack who dealt with everything until the kitchen was fitted and beyond. Both Jack and Jon were extremely helpful and informative. I found Smile Kitchens customer service to be second to none.
Moving on to the kitchen. My very experienced fitter had never fitted a Smile kitchen before but was impressed with its quality. I had a tight budget but the quality of the units were on a par with some double the price.
I would highly recommend this company on cost, quality and customer service.

We couldn't have asked for a better design experience with Jennifer. From the first call she took her time to get to know us, our budget and what we wanted to get from our new kitchen, and since then we have had many calls which have never been an issue to book in for with Jennifer. She made sure to go through every detail with us during the design process, ensuring we understood the process, and best of all has created a beautiful kitchen design for us that we can't wait to now get fitted. We would recommend Jennifer and Smile to anyone looking for a new kitchen!
