Villa Martine merita un pieno 10/10 perché è una delle poche strutture a Cefalù che mantiene esattamente ciò che promette nelle foto. La casa è moderna, rifinita con materiali di qualità e dotata di tutti i comfort tecnologici che servono davvero, dal Wi-Fi impeccabile alla climatizzazione efficiente in ogni stanza. La posizione a Mazzaforno è strategica: arrivi al mare a piedi in pochi minuti. Pulizia eccezionale, spazi esterni gestiti benissimo per garantire la massima privacy e una gestione professionale la rendono una scelta sicura per chi cerca una vacanza senza imprevisti in un ambiente di alto livello.

I Me alojé en este lugar y no lo recomiendo. Me dieron la habitación muy tarde, no respetaron la hora de entrada y pensé que era una estafa porque no respondían a mis mensajes. El servicio fue pésimo.

I stayed at this place and I don't recommend it. My room was given to me very late, they didn't respect the check-in time, and I thought it was a scam because they didn't answer my messages. The service was terrible.
The price was high for the service I received. I don't recommend it.

El precio era muy alto para el mal servicio que recibí. No lo recomiendo.

Oder d'égout, problèmes sanitaires et de climatisation et le meilleur pour la fin vous vous faites racketter sur la caution même si tout est OK.

This lovely annexe let by the perfect…

This lovely annexe let by the perfect hosts, Zena and Mark, was like stepping in a piece of paradise. My wife and I fell in love with both the house and the stunning gardens.

Watching shooting stars and comets in the night sky and wondering around the beautifully laid out gardens and ponds was by far the most magical holiday we have shared in 15 years.

Zena and Mark were wonderful hosts and made us feel most welcome. There was not a thing lacking from the beautifully decorated and comfortable annexe and surroundings. We have found our annual tradition holiday place.

Thank you Zena and Mark for sharing this absolute gem of a place! See you again soon. Sharon and Louise x

Could not speak to any person…

Could not speak to any person concerning my booking by Phone or by messaging could not login via the app I have now cancelled the holiday as I need to speak to a real person not a computer or AI?

Simple procedure

Simple procedure, only problem was trying to pay the deposit, I was in a loop, however, managed it in the end.

Booking cancelled last minute

Booked a caravan as a base for the family in order to visit a sick relative nearby. Confirmed and paid and received all appropriate emails to confirm our stay. 4 days later received a call to say due to a glitch the booking was now cancelled and refunded. Would not recommend this company use other more reputable providers to book your holiday with.
