I have always loved to soak in the tub a couple times a week but after getting older was unable to manage tub. Now I can soak all I like. Thank you.

We’ve waited to rate this for a couple of months so it could actually be an informed response. That being said I cannot speak highly enough of the sales people and the product itself, TubBuddy Tilt SB2T.
First off after the initial email contact was made the sales/support staff (Oscar & Israel) suggested a FaceTime call rather than email and text, what a great way to cut down the time and clarify exactly what our bathtub looked like (more oval than a standard tub). After a short discussion and with one more call for clarification the order was put in, even with a modification the unit was delivered within a week, unbelievably fast!
This unit saved us from needing to tear out and rebuild the entire bathroom, 10 times the cost and weeks of inconvenience avoided.
The unit itself goes together so easily with no special skills needed and was installed in 20 to 30 minutes.
We have used the unit to safely gain access to the tub, but not as yet as a roll over or stand alone commode but it appears that it will accommodate us there also. The slide action much smoother than anticipated, the chair slides into the tub effortlessly.
Some notes of caution. With our particular bathtub dimensions the bridge had to be set quite high. This means the chair needs to be high also. The net result is chair is almost (almost) too heigh to get into easily.
Just something to think about.
We also needed a custom “bridge“, 2 inches longer than standard. This alteration was made without any significant delivery delay, but we should have gone at least 4 inches to make the install easier and more flexible in positioning. Ultimately it did not hamper or change the proper function of the unit, but knowing how quickly and easily the alteration was would’ve been nice to add 4 inches. Another option that would be nice in our particular situation is an option of a longer arm rest. My sister has issues "reaching back" to get into the chair. A longer are rest might help.
In conclusion, good sales support, fast delivery, incredibly easy to install by myself (for my sister) and as we move down this unfortunate road of restricted mobility this was the find of the century, life changing!
Our PSW’s love it, our OT likes it and most importantly my sister likes it.
It makes showering much safer, and she can live at her house longer.
Worth every penny!

This is a life saver. It helps me get my wife into the shower again get herself clean and happy. No more sponge baths. I wish I knew about this amazing item sooner. It saves my back and my wife from falling on the floor. Thank you for this invention.

Due to shipment and supply-Covid issues the travel shower buddy was not available for a few months but when we were able to order it online it came fast!
I am not sure whether the new adjustable to be slightly shorter version is available, this is what I need, that is why 4 stars instead of five. The shower buddy is great, easy to assemble, lightweight, well constructed, good product just a couple of inches too tall.

The chair is easy to put together and take along in the carry bag. It fit in the shower stall. However the wheels don’t easily go over low thresholds or the lip of the shower stall. I would have liked a bit bigger where I think. My husband is 230lbs and it is a strain for me to lift/push over the entryways.

I was replacing a Shower Buddy seat for my wife that was 3 years old and starting to fall apart. Apparently, there is a newer model seat available which fits our shower chair, it appears to be softer, which my wife likes, but after only a few weeks it already has a hole in the center edge of the seat that is starting to get bigger (looks like it was a weak spot in the covering fabric). Now I'll have to contact the company to find out about the warranty period, etc. After getting 3 years out of the last seat, this is really disappointing.

UPDATE: After sending a picture of the hole to Shower Buddy, they are replacing the seat under warranty. Still removing one star for this to happen within 2 weeks for such an expensive item.

Arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and functions exactly as expected. Life changing device.

The chair is very well made and was easy to assemble. We’ve only used it once. The seat back is positioned more upright than the old chair so my brother will have to get used to the new sitting position. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider tilting the back a few degrees on future models.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, multiple uses in one piece of equipment. This makes travel so much easier, I do not need to bring a duffle bag of things that “might” be needed.

I purchased the Shower Buddy model sb7e. It is reasonably priced when compared to other equipment available.
The carrying case was out of stock when I traveled recently so unfortunately I was unable to take it with me. I have used it at home when I had surgery recently and it fits in very small bathrooms and can be acommodated in tight spots. Oscar has an excellent customer service attitude and will always find a solution to fit your needs.

Well designed system that makes the shower experience for my wife, who has ALS,
a risk free and refreshing process.

When the tilt mechanism of our recently purchased (about 2 months) ShowerBuddy SB2T stopped working, I contacted Oscar, who had helped with another issue at the time of delivery. Oscar set up a video call, diagnosed the problem, and sent a replacement part right away, after giving me very useful tips on installing the part. Excellent customer support, many thanks!

My Shower Buddy cushion became damaged by over inflating the air when pumping. I called and the technician immediately had me sent a substitute cushion and notified me that they are working with Roho cushion on a new model. I am very excited about that and pleased with the service I am getting from Shower Buddy

The shower chair did not adjust as described and is a little too tall. It should be for someone 5'10" or taller. My husband is 5'9" and it is uncomfortable for him to try to push up and back to be seated properly.
The chair is sturdy and works well. Customer service helped me to get the standard legs with casters at a good price in case I need to take off the big wheels to make the chair lower. It would have been much cheaper if we had not ordered the chair with the big wheels .

This bath seat is a game changer. I am dealing with a leg injury and I love hot baths, especially on cold nights. I could get into the bathtub, but was re-injuring myself pretty much every time I struggled to get out.

This seller has been amazing. They sent the chair already assembled and fully charged. All you have to do is put it in the bathtub. Folded up, it is remarkably small, so this is easy to do. Well it was a bit of a struggle, I managed to take it upstairs by myself with a leg injury.

Customer support has been fantastic. I was confused because I had directions on assembling the seat and couldn’t figure out how to do it because the seat was already assembled. I emailed customer service and got a response within a couple of hours. Since the seat arrived fully charged, I managed to misplaced the charger after a month of use. Of course, the day that I ordered another one, I found it. The seller was very pleasant about it and canceled the order.
