Query on Consumption and Accounts
I had a query on water consumption and past bills - Daniels went over and beyond to help. He worked out figures to ensure daily consumption rates were ok and sent all relevant information needed to work out year on year accounts. He waited until the email was received and took the time to ensure I understood the content of the documents attached.

Sorted issues promptly and easily
I had a somewhat complex series of issues to sort out as a new owner of a farm.
The chap who I spoke with was very efficient, understood the issues and helped resolve them very quickly and calmly.
I was surprised how well this all went - very good service.

Trouble with accessing accounts via log in
I called today as I was having trouble accessing two ID Accounts for our water supply via my log in. It took some time to correct but thanks to the help and enormous patience of Daniels I was finally able to understand how to fully access both accounts without any trouble. Thank you SO much - very helpful indeed.

Great customer service
On behalf of the school I had a query with our direct debit not working, Sam was super efficient and helpful, a real pleasure to talk to. She quickly spotted the problem, advised of the best payment date and followed through with a confirmation email. She gave me confidence in the problem being resolved.

Helen Smith national sales adviser was great in getting back to me within one working day early January 2026 , confirming if I placed a 5 year contract for my business water supply .... then If I left the business unit my contract would cease and no additional payments / balancing charges would be raised for leaving the Water contract early.
Unlike all of the telecoms companies that would charge you for the rest of the contract duration and get every drop of blood from you !
I am a small / very low user at work , Thus the standing charges waste water charges are far in excess of my actual water consumption with one toilet and one hand basin in my 12 M2 manufacturing business unit , but as you can see I manufacture very small items from this site for the last 20 years so I do not need a big space !

I called today to give my meter reading which had been grossly over-estimated following a repair of my previous water leak which had hitherto led to excessive charges. The call was answered very promptly and the call handler very helpful and understanding.

Super service from Sam
I have spoken to Source on a few occasions in the last 4 years we've been with them. Sam was the most helpful member of staff I've ever spoken to, indeed more helpful than most customer service persons I have dealt with at other companies. She was polite, cheerful, honest, friendly and she did what she said she would. Super service, make sure you keep this lady!
