I received a call back from Alex Csekme who was extremely helpful. I requested a copy statement and a refund, I received the statement within minutes and also notification that a refund had been requested. I was very impressed with how Alex handled my query

Closing a Business Account - uncomplicated
The waiting time was not too long, and the customer service gentleman was very good, very efficient and very helpful. I was closing a business account, and needed to let them know re the meter reading and date etc, so he was very knowledgable and all was completed within 5 or 5 minutes. So thank you very much.
