I was recommended to Sparesbox by a mechanic friend. The parts were easy to locate on their website, especially when you enter your vehicle details. The delivery was quick, excellent communication via emails and courier notifications. All the parts were properly boxed and excellent pricing. This was a first and good experience!
No contact no support
No contact no support. Send the wrong parts. Take over a week to ship anything and not intrested in resolving there mistakes.

orderd an item , only 1 of 3 items arrived
tracking showed that the 2 missing items were at there fullfilment centre in broardmedows, after repeated emails they were unable to supply the missing items,i sent screen shots of the tracking from the courier web site showing where the missing items were, but they still wont send the missing items out to me,so frustrating 4 weeks & 35 emails,i give up , i have asked for a refund & i will purchase my parts from a reliable suplier with compatant staff and a support team with a phone number i can talk to when i need help.

Ordered the part properly allocated for my vehicle it was a swift delivery well packaged but didnt fit the vehicle ... they refunded the amount including my original postage and because it was a smaill item <$50 they told me not to bother with return. Email response to my issue was quick. Website is easy to traverse to get refund ... with some other sites you have to dig deep to find the refund menu ... so my experience I guess was a positive one.
Terrible customer service.
Placed an order for something late September. Was told delivery would be 2/10 after having to reach out to support.
Contacted again and reached out to the courier company using the given tracking number only to find out they've only been given shipping info and no parcel has been received to send.
- Support are impossible to contact and take multiple days to get back to you.
- Only way to contact support is through email forms on their website.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE - Don't give it to this store. They will just screw you around.

Bloody hopeless company
Bloody hopeless company! Ordered brake pads and notified I would be informed when dispatched, after waiting 11 days I emailed to find out what was going on. To be informed that they in fact didn’t have in stock and were now on backorder with no idea how long they would be.
Now trying to get my refund

Scam site. Lost over $1000 on break rotors. Only generic auto reply from them saying someone will respond within 1-2 business days. It’s been 2weeks

Ordered an “in stock” item on eBay, missed the delivery window so when asked 8 days later they said about to be posted. The next 12 days was broken promises about warehouse failures. Certainly someone was lying about the postage/delivery process because their story changed almost daily.
So after nearly 3 weeks of waiting I gave in and asked for a refund which was provided in 10 minutes- the only good service in the whole miserable experience - never again

it is astounding how long it takes them…
it is astounding how long it takes them to process and ship an order. I ordered some parts from the US and Sparesbox on the same day, and have already received the parts from the US. Meanwhile, the parts from Sparesbox (Sydney- Brisbane) haven't even shipped yet?? Their prices are usually quite reasonable, but if you need parts quickly absolutely avoid this company. I wish they would sort this huge problem out.
