The Powerwall 2 is a brilliant product and with the Tesla Gateway should provide the most efficient use of solar power. Not sure I have fully understood how it all works yet though!

Just had my second Tesla powerwall fitted by Spirit energy along with the gateway 2. If there were 10 stars ⭐️ I’d give this company them. The electrician who did our install was very thorough and professional indeed a credit to this very reliable company. They have now install both my powerwalls and that has to say something. Would certainly recommend Spirit Energy to anyone, perhaps not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. That was a lesson I learned when another company installed my solar panels and when problems appeared they disappeared. Certainly not the case with Spirit Energy.

I am absolutely delighted with the solar, battery storage and EV charger installation project that was specified, planned and managed by the team at Spirit. Great communication and subject matter knowledge was demonstrated by everyone I dealt with. Also the hardware was sourced in super quick time, during a period of supply chains challenges.

Spirit Energy did a very professional and value for money service in fitting a 3 kWp system to my garage roof. I employed my own roofers for this in-roof system and Spirit Energy worked seemlessly with this separate contractor. Very pleased with the system, which generated over 3000 kWh in 2022.

Spirit Solar provided a very professional service. The staff were knowledgeable, polite and always arrived when planned. They were responsive to changes and replied promptly to emails. They gave me confidence that they would do a good job and I am confident the system they have installed will work well for many years to come.

Great company with two lovely people who came on time and checked all my electrics on my boiler for any faults.

Spirit Energy installed a 12 panel 4kWp PV system (with zappi car charger and eddi hot water diverter) for me. I am highly impressed with their service and delivery. From the initial installation planning meeting through the design consultation the process was expertly handled and the design engineering of a high quality. The installation was completed without complication in a single day and the installation quality was again very high - a good deal of care taken to ensure junction box locations were sensible and cable runs neat. Also very helpful in respect of explaining how it all works.
Following this the handover pack was extremely thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable, good transition from sales to project management. Communication was good and things happened when they said it would happen. Very happy with the system.

After much research, and three companies quoting we selected Spirit Energy (not the lowest quote) because of the in-depth response, knowledge and advice. They also offered the products I wanted to buy. We needed an onsite survey due to the size of the system we wanted, this was then executed in delivery with updates over two days. Very nice installation team, no mess, friendly and efficient even though it was 30C outside. We took 10.5Kw system with a Tesla Power Wall, in fact just ordered another one now we have experienced the first one of course via Spirit Energy. I would recommend them, knowledgeable, not just trying to sell you PV but a solution at a reasonable price.

Spirit Energy were recommended for my solar PV installation by many people in my area, and I've been very happy with their work. Everything was explained clearly throughout the process and all work completed on schedule. The sales team were extremely helpful from the start, but I didn't feel pushed into buying anything at any stage. In fact the opposite - I like to research and learn about things where I'm investing money, and Najey took the time out to call me to explain why in my case a simpler (and cheaper) specification would be more sensible than the more complex setup I had imagined. When it came to managing the project, Stephanie arranged everything very efficiently and all the work was carried out on time and to a high standard. If you are looking at options for solar PVs, battery storage, EV charging solutions etc, I would highly recommend giving Spirit Energy a call.

I called Spirit Energy today as I needed help and advice with my Solar Panel invertor as it had a red fault light showing. As I purchased my property this year and inherited the panels with the property, I really didn't have any real knowledge about them. An amazing gentleman called Naj was able to help me over the telephone to rectify the issue and within a few minutes of him talking me through what I needed to do, the red light had gone out and the green light was once again illuminated. I will definitely be calling this company again as their service over the telephone today was A+++.

Excellent installation engineers, did a great job, very knowledgeable, worked very tidily and professionally.
The only issue was the delivery delays, promised to be 3 months from order to commissioning, but turned into 10 months :(

This is the second time we have used Spirit Energy (the first was to install an EV charger at our home). This time it was a solar PV generation system. The overall experience from initial contact and discussion through to completion and signoff was very good. Caius went to great lengths to ensure the system they proposed was exactly what we wanted and once things were underway it all went smoothly. Communication was good throughout and our dedicated project manager, Peace, was very helpful. The team that installed the system worked hard and were clean, tidy and respectful. The system is running well and generating significant amounts of power; now we are waiting to have our Powerwall installed (again by Spirit Energy). Overall I am a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Spirit Energy.

I had a really good experience with Spirit Energy. They were responsive, professional and flexible. They did what they said they would do and the quality of their work looked really good. Finished the job by ensuring that all the necessary documentation was handed over. System is working and generating power.

Excellent company to deal with, flexible and clear comms, no undue sales pressure and did their site checks etc properly so the install was seamless.

We've had a good experience with Spirit Energy. The initial response was quick and detailed and we were able to get answers to all our questions. The installation happened exactly as planned and the installers were friendly, neat and followed social distancing rules. The whole experience was efficient and we're very happy with the solar panels and Tesla Powerwall that Spirit have put in for us.

I used them for solar PV in 2014 and was happy to choose them again for an EV chargepoint. Good communication. Installer was charming, quick and effective. Would recommend

I highly recommend using Spirit Energy for any renewable energy equipment you are considering fitting.
Their Service & Staff are excellent. 11 years ago we had a 3kW Solar PV system fitted by them & shortly afterwards I decided to upgrade this to 4kW. This was absolutely no hassle for them & both jobs were done with efficiency & politeness.
A year later I asked them to fit an Immersun unit to use excess solar to heat the immersion tank .They also fitted 2 convector heaters, one in my study & one in my wife's which would power up when the water was hot via the Immersun slave circuit - excellent & again a no hassle fitting.
Last month Spirit Energy came along yet again to fit a Tesla Powerwall 2 which is performing excellently. Again despite Covid -19 restrictions, the administration was efficient, as was the installation.
I am currently searching for an appropriate electric car & once I have it, hopefully very soon Spirit will be back again to fit a ZAPPI charger. The pre-planning with them for this has been no trouble at all.

In short - Highly Recommended!

I had a Tesla Power wall and wall charger installed. Their service was excellent. Workmanship very good. Communications good. I would recommend them.
