CUIDADO: SITE FALSO / FRAUDE!Não comprem neste site Trata-se de uma loja online falsa que imita uma marca legítima para enganar as pessoas. Fiz uma compra, o pagamento foi processado, mas nunca enviaram o produto nem fornecem um número de rastreio válido. O apoio ao cliente não responde aos e-mails e os contactos fornecidos são inventados. É uma burla para roubar dinheiro. Evitem a todo o custo!

Je commande une pièce, il ne l’on pas en stock m’envoi une pièce soit disant similaire mais qui n’est pas la bonne. Je demande un remboursement on me fais balader pour éviter de me rembourser ou trouver une solution.
Une vrai arnaque ce site à fuir !!

Article non conforme à la photo. Reçu avec de la peinture qui n'était pas présente sur la photo et il y avait un chevron non fixé et non précisé dans l'annonce. Je contacte srotas pour un retour 11j après avoir reçu on me répond que ce n'est pas possible alors qu'il faut 14j après avoir reçu pour renvoyer sans justification et quand je demande pourquoi, on ne me répond plus. A EVITER

On commande une pièce, finalement elle n'est pas en stock on vous propose une similaire qui est plus chère (pour essayer de tirer encore plus d'argent)
Finalement je refuse et je demande le remboursement de la commande

Jusqu'aujourd'hui aucun signe de remboursement, on vous répond cordialement que c'est encours de traitement mais rien ne se passe

Total scanner, same as all other, paid for a part, including Shipping, then waiting for track & trace and. Few days later part no longen available. WTF

I ordered a car part from this company only after contacting them directly to confirm that the item was in stock. I was explicitly assured that the part was available in their warehouse, so I proceeded with the purchase and paid the full amount, including delivery charges – nearly €400 in total.
After placing the order, I received several automated status updates and, approximately a week later, I was provided with a DPD tracking number. However, when checking the tracking information, it only showed that a shipping label had been created and that DPD had not yet received the parcel. This status remained unchanged for another week.
At this point, I contacted the company because the situation was becoming increasingly suspicious. I was told that they would investigate the matter. Another three or four days passed without any update or explanation.
I then contacted DPD directly, both in Latvia and in Poland. Both representatives clearly confirmed that they had never received the parcel and that it had not been collected from the seller. In other words, the shipment appears to have never entered DPD's possession.
Since nobody could tell me where the parcel was or even confirm that it had actually been dispatched, I requested a refund. To my surprise, I was informed that various shipping costs would be deducted from my refund—not only the shipping fee from Poland to Latvia, but also alleged internal logistics costs, such as moving the item between warehouses. At no point was I informed that I would be responsible for covering costs arising from the company's own logistical issues or mistakes.
I also asked a simple question: if DPD had supposedly lost the parcel and the company never recovered it, would I still receive my refund? I was then told that, in such a case, DPD would refund me directly. This statement makes little sense, considering DPD has already confirmed that they never received the parcel in the first place.
At this stage, the entire situation feels highly unprofessional and, unfortunately, increasingly resembles a scam. I have paid nearly €400, received no product, no clear information about where my order is, and have been given contradictory explanations instead of a straightforward resolution.

Comprei um para brisa, recebi embalado em película aderente partido a meio, simplesmente inacreditável. Não fazem reembolso, é uma burla muita clara.

Ce site est une arnaque en ligne... Ils prennent votre commande et votre argent, ne vous livrent jamais et ne vous remboursent pas... Nous avons passé une commande le 5 février 2026 et n'avons reçu ni l'objet, ni le remboursement et ils osent nous répondre qu'on leur manque de respect, c'est le monde à l'envers...

I had a very disappointing experience with srotas.ee regarding a returned spare part.

I ordered a parcel shelf for a BMW X5 F15, which was advertised as compatible with this model. When the product arrived, it became immediately clear that it did not fit the vehicle. The internal rod was too long and the width of the parcel shelf did not fit into the guide rails.

I tested the product only once, very carefully, and immediately packed it back into the original packaging. I did not even remove the protective film.

Before returning the item, I contacted customer support and specifically asked whether additional photos or videos were required. I was told only to send the package back and write the order number on the parcel. I followed all instructions exactly as provided. I also sent photos from the post office together with the tracking information and received confirmation that they were waiting for the shipment.

However, after the package had already been sent back, the company suddenly started requesting photos and videos proving the incompatibility — something that was no longer possible because the item was already in transit back to them. They later claimed that:

the product had scratches,
the product definitely fits the BMW X5 F15,
and the return would not be accepted due to insufficient “evidence”.

From a customer perspective, this handling feels unfair and unprofessional. I followed the seller’s instructions step by step, yet new requirements were introduced only after the return shipment had already been sent.

At this point, the company has both the returned product and my money, while no fair solution has been offered.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Moteur d'occasion arrivé avec de la limaille dans le filtre à huile. Nous contactons SROTAS pour avoir un autre moteur mais ils refusent la prise en garantie en disant que le moteur était "tournant" avant démontage...
L'entreprise n'étant pas en France, même notre avocat n'a rien pu faire... A fuir, malhonnête !!!

Vitrage commandé, ile m'annoncent que la vitre ne sera pas assurée pendant le transport. Refus absolu de ma part. Demande de remboursement, un mois plus tard, je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles. Escrocs!

Se site est une arnaque, pièce commandé état neuf arrivé cassé avec des traces d'usures et manifestement d'occasion et en plus avec un code de blocage (GPS).
Après plusieurs relance au service client j'arrive enfin a a savoir comment le renvoyer, procédure très complexe avec des personnes totalement incompétente de leur coté, après plusieurs tentative échoué par une mauvaise procédure de leur pars, le produit retourne enfin chez eux, depuis plusieurs mois je me bat pour avoir remboursement impossible à obtenir et je n'ai de plus plus le produit.
Service après vente et comptable inexistant
à fuir si vous ne voulez pas avoir de problème

N'achetez rien chez eux ! J'attends depuis deux ans le remboursement d'une pièce détachée qu'ils n'avaient même pas ! Arnaque !

Srotas.... commande passée le 18 mars 2026 pour une culasse,payée le jour même (999€) puis annulée dans la foulée, formulaire de remboursement envoyé le lendemain. Le 21 avril 2026, toujours rien et un message récurrent sur le chat " Nous regrettons que le service des ventes n'ait pas accès aux commandes. Merci de contacter srotas(arobase)srotas.fr".
Traduction: "merci pour ton virement et bonne route!" Bon sans culasse tu ne vas pas aller bien loin mais soulagé de quasi 1000€ tu es plus léger!
Bref ARNAQUE. Si vous étiez pressés et que vous leur avez fait confiance, j'espère pour vous que vous aurez plus de chance que moi. Si je peux me permettre un conseil, évitez de commander sur ce site.

They are essentially scammers — you’re lucky if you even receive the product, and they never issue refunds or return your money. Stay away!

Mauvaise expérience avec ce site . Marchandise pas disponible en stock ils me proposaient un remplacement j’ai accepté mais ils m’ont jamais remboursé la déférence de prix etcils répond même pas au téléphone ou à mes mails.
Il met des annonces sur les plates-formes alors, il existe même pas en stock ou bien déjà vendu. Et quand tu fais un payement, je te déclare ça que déjà l’article est déjà vendu. Tu peux pas récupérer ton argent c’est inadmissible

Ein Rückfahrscheinwerfer war 6 Wochen nach Einbau undicht. Fahrzeug steht überdacht, nach den ersten Regentagen sieht man die Wassertropfen. SROTAS lehnt eine Garantie / Gewährleistung ab. Es wäre ein "so langer Zeitraum" nach Kauf, da wäre ein Zusammenhang nicht mehr erkennbar. Finger weg von dem Laden!

compramos uma peça em 04.12.25, que nunca foi entregue, foi alegado que não havia no estoque. Preenchido formulario para devolução do dinheiro, até hoje nada dia 26.02.26. Valor perdido 171,00 euros.
não comprem nesta empresa. É BURLA, FAKE. só toman o seu dinheiro.
