The staff was great. Everyone was nice and helpful. I knew the cost would be more than the advertised amount, but the final price was much more than I expected. Other than that the experience was great.

Scarlett was so exceptional and knowledgeable when it came to questions I had. She made sure to find me any discount that would help with the total cost. And my baby loved her as well.

The employees were courteous and Knowledgeable. James, Walter and Abraham were so nice and personable. I was able to get one pair of glasses right away.

I am so very pleased with the service! My glasses fit perfectly! Before I used another place I had to keep going back or just never wear my glasses because they were made wrong. Please try this place!

Went in for appointment scheduled at 12:45. Was seen finally at 1:20. Wrong prescription was given. Went back next day. Was given wrong prescription a second time. Paid for contacts. Received contacts next week. Left eye completely wrong prescription. Everything still looks fuzzy. 0/10

I waited over a month to receive my prescription sunglasses, and the employee who helped me was very friendly. But when I got my glasses, they were damaged with paint peeling, the brand label was popped off the lenses. Overall, service in person was good but my glasses were in damaged condition. I paid a lot and was expecting a new pair, but I didn't get that.

Very helpful staff and my glasses were perfect! I have gotten Progressive lenses in the past from another eyeglass company and they were terrible, so I was nervous about trying them again. The staff at Stanton did a great job and I'm very happy with my new glasses!

Personal eye exam - it helps so much having a person to talk to. The staff that helps with the selection of my frames - input helps a lot. And the prices are excellent.

Associate Kayla was very understanding on my situation, she was very helpful getting the glasses for my grandson ready on same day. She was just awesome, thank you 😊

Was supposed to ship my order to my home. Held order over a month and I had to go pick it up.

The customer service was very helpful and helped me understand why I was having trouble with my old glasses they also helped me find out my insurance actually covered part of the cost of my new glasses

I've gone to two different locations in El Paso and have been unhappy with my results both times my glasses are not a good fit nor is the prescription aside from that each time I've gone they never have a pair of contacts for me to leave with but they always charge me for the contact appointment so I don't even know if the contacts are a good fit the prescription is a good fit I don't know because the glasses and prescription are not this is probably going to be the last time I go to any El Paso store
