I had a beautiful ring and necklace made by them, it's great to see jewellery still being made in England. They came with lovely packing a nice branded polishing cloth, and was earlier than expected too. High recommended!

I’ve known Stephen Einhorn and his stunningly eclectic jewellery for over 20 years as I bought a couple of his signature designs in the early years. I returned to replace a silver choker necklace that was stolen because my grandmother bequeathed me a little something, so I headed off there straight away and had it on for the theatre that night. Stephen Einhorn is a master craft jeweller and the attention to detail, design and service form Lorenzo is 2nd to none. I’m going to have a special roommate me, and then we have my grandmother as I know that will last forever. Timeless designs

I already have a few pieces from Stephen Einhorn and I can only recommend this independent business to anyone who thinks about jewellery. Not only the quality is outstanding but also the whole experience. The personal attention, fastest responding times and the support and service level is from another planet. I cannot thank the company but especially Lorenzo enough for their products and the great support.

All members of the team demonstrate passion, courtesy, and commitment. Stephen is evidently truly gifted in what he offers and produces. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Not my natural habitat a jewellery shop but I hoped for something special for my 50th birthday. I needn't have worried, Ivett was a brilliant host and ambassador, both in store and via email, making the whole process a really enjoyable experience. As for the arrowhead bangle, beautiful, stunning, absolutely crafted as a work of art by clearly the most skilled of people. It feels like a really honest piece of jewellery that could have been made a century ago, it is simply nothing like the very expensive mass produced "products" from some of the famous brands that are punched out by production line machines. I would whole heartedly recommend Stephen Einhorn to anyone who'll listen!

I absolutely love this shop! I have two beautiful pieces from here, a charm bracelet and one the skull rings and I love them both! The charms on my bracelet are amazingly detailed and the ring has a beautiful weight to it. I’m already picking out my next piece

Truly poor customer service
As someone one who has purchased jewellery both from the Islington Store and prior to that at Kensington indoor market, it saddens me to write this review.
I purchased a ring for my 50th birthday, on reflection at the time I was handled by a very nice but novice assistant. The ring was a tad big and I lost in within 2 weeks. I hold no blame for the shop for this.
I called up and was advised that I should have the finger re-measured - no appointment necessary. I arrived on a Saturday and was not allowed in the shop as I had no appointment. I wrote and was offered due to the experience a 10% discount.
Today I visited (and as the tube failed had to pay for a cab) - again my problem. I had my finger measured and ordered the ring - this shop offers 15% discount to Health workers and other service individuals. I was told this was suspended as they were participating in an Amex discount. I some how ended up paying full price, I've checked my Amex card (no discount). Equally after paying I was told the order wold take 6 weeks (the website says 11-22 days - and this was not a complex bespoke item).
I have to say I've reflected called and cancelled my order.
Two waisted trips, time and cost and I now really question the values of this organisation which . The sales team clearly does not value me as a customer and the they appear not to follow the values promoted on the website.
Truly disappointed.

Received a bracelet a few years ago as a Christmas present, got too big for me, got in touch with Stephen EInhorn Jane was very helpful ☺️ I sent the bracelet back to them, they took 5 links out even cleaned it up for me. Just received it back today and it is perfect again ☺️ I can now wear it again. Very helpful and very quick to get it back to me. Would highly recommend. Thank you once again.

Wow, what a great time to buy. Sadly their shop where we bought our first rings tougher is temporarily closed, but their online service was very quick. Ring ordered, engraved and arrived next day!

I loved the look of the ring online and even more when it arrived. I chose the slim liquid silver for my wedding ring. It arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. The ring was in a small box wrapped inside tissue paper which was waxed sealed and inside a bag tied with ribbons. And there was a personalized thank you card. The ring wasn't expensive and receiving it packaged like that made it a wonderful purchase. Just perfect! Thank you x

The beauty of their jewellery is matched by first class customer service. I have shopped both online and visited the shop in Islington, which is highly recommended if you are in London.

Over the phone customer and e mail service was excellent when ordering a ring. Very reassuring in a world where it now hardly exists.
