Ordering was very easy, delivery was well organised with a slight delay request by myself, and the patio slabs were of high standard well packaged and of a uniform size.

Their concrete paving services were seamless and efficient. Stone Paving Direct's team worked diligently to complete the job on time.

Your counter-response is laughable An Wei. The photographs I sent clearly showed the damaged slabs to be fragmented into a dozen or more pieces. Your integrity is in tatters and I would like to reiterate to any potential customers of Stone Paving Direct that they not only refuse to reimburse for breakages in transit but then tell bare-faced lies to try and discredit factually accurate reviews. Not a good way to stay in business and prosper…..
As previously notified of my 56 slab order, 3 fragmented slabs were delivered
The project was completed 2 days after delivery, what I require from you An Wei is reimbursement for the three slabs delivered so damaged as to be unusable. Under the sale of goods act you are obliged to refund me for the items which I ordered which were delivered unfit for purpose. You can either do that without further prevarication or I will recover my losses plus costs via the small claims court. The choice is yours

I ordered 200 Sq M of Blue Kota 900 x 600. Friendly on getting the sale and the delivery was fast. But there were really high level of broken and cracked slabs that my contractor could not work with - 15-20% broken slabs is a total disgrace. Endless attempts to get a refund resulted in them quoting small print of T's and C's which enabled them to avoid refund or replacing anything.
AND I was trying to order a further 150 sq m - not bothered in keeping customers hapy or getting repeat business.

Delivery was very slow. I ordered 8 slabs 600 x 900. The pallet was left on my drive one Friday evening - in the dark. The bottom three slabs were broken in pieces - that’s 37.5% of my order. I emailed immediately to complain but received no response until after my 3rd email. They promised to deal with the matter the next day. Nothing happened so I emailed again. This time they assured me the matter would be dealt with during this past week. Nothing happened again. I am now just about out of patience. They should be ashamed of their disgusting level of customer service and utter lack of communication. I am 78 years old and unable to afford to lose this much of my pension money. I definitely won’t be using this supplier again and would never recommend them at all. Avoid them at all costs!

Placed an order 6th July (del is advertised as 3-5 days)I was told it would be delivered 15th July this date came and only on enquiring did I then get told that it would be unpacked on the 17th July. They eventually delivered on 23rd July by which time I'd missed my slot with my tilers. When they finally came we found that the bottom 2 centrally packed tiles were shattered. SPD reply was thats not within our refund policy.
So delayed delivery, poor communication and damaged goods with a refusal to refund gets a 1 star.

Great customer service- kept updated with delivery times and a brilliant delivery driver from York who delivered to a property in Harrogate with limited access- bringing the slabs to the back yard via an alleyway and cobbled stones made our work so much easier - great job

Took my money. Cancelled my order but have not yet refunded my money. Not to be trusted.

The tiles were delivered superbly packed and presented. Given the comments on here about breakages it’s probably worth Stone Pavi g Direct explaining how each tile is packed. Our porcelain Kandla Grey tiles were individually wrapped and banded and inside each tile had a plastic corner protector on all 4 corners. This is a great selling point so surprised you don’t mention it. Maybe it only applies to full pallets but we had no cracked or damaged tiles. Pre order responses were great but, to be honest, I think SPD could have explained the packaging better as we are delighted with our paving tiles. Thoroughly recommended and reasonably priced.

I ordered some white marble tiles from them and they also give me some discounts. Highly recommended

For you to answer with sometimes stock does go out of stock is pathetic DON'T LET IT GO OUT OF STOCK, MANAGE YOUR STOCK CORRECTLY.

When my order disappeared, They chased it down, found it and although it arrived on Saturday morning instead of Wednesday I was kept informed of where it was! Really good customer service when the chips were down!

Good quality slabs, good colouring overall. Easy to cut and lay. A few slabs in the pallet were stained but these were replaced very quickly by the customer service team. Overall recommend this company and product

Excellent service

Stone Paving Direct had the patio paving stones we wanted at the best price. I had questions about the delivery (even though the video on the website is excellent). Someone phone me back quickly to explain the process. I ordered the paving stones and received a courtesy call to confirm my order. The paving stones came on the day I specified and were delivered to the location on my drive I requested. Overall it was a great experience based on customer service and delivery. I would highly recommend. The patio looks great !
