Good quality product
Mosaic z block tiles. Well made. Used half so far, with only one breakage and one misaligned tile.
Looks good.
Worth noting that the size of the individual pieces on these larger tiles are bigger that the smaller tile available in the same material

Not happy with the quality
Not happy with the quality. I thought they would clean better than they have and they are not black as in your pictures but are grey. They are black when wet.

Manual delivery task
The delivery driver could not get the pallet off of his vehicle.
I had to unload the tiles by hand and carry them, thankfully the driver helped, good for him.
Why deliver a pallet you can’t get off a lorry?
Also, communication on when delivery would happen (day) was poor. I had to call to find out a week after the delivery was “ready”

We use a 3rd party courier service and they are instructed to call the customers in advance to arrange delivery, we will take your comments on board.

Great product, great price, ordered on the Monday evening, contacted on the Wednesday to arrange delivery from Thursday onwards, opted for Friday, delivered on time, 96 slabs 600x900 one slab had corner broken, rest are perfect!
