5 900 x 600 delivered. Top one damaged due to strapping for delivery, bottom 2 where B grades, fortunately they were to be cut and not in a place to be viewed regularly.

tiles arrived flat on a pallet 3 of the 15 were chipped 1 had a hairline fracture and couldn’t be used , when i asked for replacements they could only do 5 or i could drive to essex from wiltshire or have a refund . dosnt help that i can’t finish the path . probably wouldn’t use this firm again

Thank you for your order with Stone Paving Direct. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product being natural stone, damage can sometimes occur. As per our online policy we advise customers to order a minimum of 10-15% extra to cover this. We offer a minimum order of 5 slabs to prevent breakages in smaller numbers when they are being transported. Sorry to hear you felt you had a negative experience with us, hopefully the refund we have sent you can help you source a slab locally.

Great service
My order was confirmed and delivered when scheduled and I was kept informed at each stage.I got a message first thing on the morning of delivery but did not get a call one hour before arrival as told I would but this did not really matter. All in all a great product at a great price. Well done Stone Paving Direct

After doing quite a lot of research and reading reviews on SPD we decided to purchase 5 full crates (250) of Granite 600x600 slabs. Like other reviewers have commented, we were a little apprehensive about spending £2900 on slabs we haven't seen the colour or the quality of. First thing was to order a sample which we did through Emma (Customer service Manager) and we loved the colour and the quality of the sample. We placed the order for the slabs and limestone edging. Now in their terms and conditions they say the first 7% of breakages aren't covered which we think is more than acceptable after all they are coming from China. We received the slabs yesterday and they were very well packaged. After unpacking and checking all of the slabs we didn't have one breakage or defective slab and we're over the moon with the quality. Thank you all at SPD in the UK and the guys and girls in China you've certainly got one happy customer here.
PS When we've laid all these patio slabs we'll be back for another couple of crates for the side entrance.

Great delivery & quality and no breaks
I was a little worried about delivery and breakages after reading some reviews, but it went perfectly. Delivery driver was helpful, all the stones arrived intact, great quality (mixed size smooth grey sandstone paving) and they look great.
