Good product and quick delivery
Good product and quick delivery. Although it would be simpler upon completing order for the delivery charge to be applied. Instead i needed a second transaction the following day. Alao having to pay a delivery cahrage per crate is a bit unreasonable

Dubious of ordering on line but so much…
Dubious of ordering on line but so much cheaper than local. Delivery was good and when they said it would be .3or4 broken ones but you were told on ordering to make allowance for 10 percent breakage.They now look great on my patio recommend and will use again.

Porcelain paving slabs
The porcelain paving slabs arrived on time and packed on pallets so were easy for the delivery driver to put them in my drive way , they look great. I purchased them in the January sale but do not intend to start work on the patio until the spring and warmer weather. But it should look lovely

Incredibly good value compared to alternatives
very similar material to previous purchase elsewhere at twice the price, perhaps slightly more lumps and bumps but that's fine with a natural stone floor. Prompt delivery and would certainly use again.

Great service and excellent product
I ordered two patio packs of Kandla grey smooth sawn and honed paving stone before Christmas 2022.
In the additional notes I requested that delivery would not be needed until early February as my contractor would not be available until then and I had no storage space available. Sure enough the goods arrived on the exact day I requested and each slab was in perfect condition thanks to the excellent packaging used.
It makes a pleasant change to place an order of this type and for it to be delivered on time and in good condition.
Thanks for the great service Stone Paving Direct and I will be sure to use your services again in the future.

The product was great
The product was great, nothing broken and arrived on time. Delivery driver very helpful and friendly. Would have given this review a five star but the equipment the poor driver had to use was so poor. He had problems getting the crates high enough to start moving them on the lorry. Luckily it was only onto my drive but I still had to push it as to wasn't off the ground. Been like it for months.
