We gave you free delivery on your order when the normal delivery fee is £39.99 and we did upgrade you to an AM delivery at our cost. The floor was delivered at 12.32pm so technically not quite morning but the feedback is extremely harsh. I believe the driver was caught up on an earlier job.
Please accept our apologies that the delivery was slightly later than expected.

I purchased Lusso Flooring’s Uniqo…
I purchased Lusso Flooring’s Uniqo Herringbone Natural Brushed & Lacquered Engineered Oak flooring from this company, which is advertised as having a 25-year warranty. I ordered enough flooring to cover my entire downstairs, so this was a significant purchase, particularly as I also paid a professional to install it.
Unfortunately, I began experiencing problems with the flooring very soon after it was installed, black marks appearing on the wood. I contacted the company, but rather than arranging an inspection, they concluded from photographs I provided that the issue was caused by damp within my property.
There are also ongoing problems with the flooring leaving permanent marks. For example, if my kitchen bin or laundry basket is left in the same position for around a week, it can leave a visible, permanent mark on the flooring. This is extremely disappointing for a product that is supposed to be suitable for normal domestic use. I should be able to have everyday household items sitting on my floor without them permanently marking it.
Before the flooring was installed, I had the entire downstairs professionally screeded, and I have also had my property checked for damp. I have been informed that there is no damp issue within my home, which directly contradicts the explanation initially given by the company.
Overall, I have had a very poor experience with this company. I spent a substantial amount of money on the flooring and professional installation, yet when problems arose, the company did not even inspect the flooring before dismissing my concerns and attributing the issue to damp.
Given that the product is advertised with a 25-year warranty, I find it extremely disappointing that my concerns have not been properly investigated or resolved. The warranty feels meaningless if genuine product concerns can simply be dismissed without the company even attending to assess the flooring.
Unfortunately, based on my experience from purchase through to dealing with the problems afterwards, I would not recommend this company or its flooring products.

I have investigated and this was handled correctly. This is trapped moisture due to a fitting issue. Likely you will have recourse against your fitter or whoever did the site survey prior to fitting. Whilst we sympathise and do not want any customer to be unhappy with their purchase, this is clearly a localised fitting issue and not an issue with the floor itself. We are happy to stand by independent inspections but we can only encourage you to take this up with the fitter directly.

Ordered the lusso range oak floor
Ordered the lusso range oak floor. Delivery was on time no problems. I had to call a few times for some advice and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helped me out. The floor is beautiful we just had it fitted and honestly it’s 1000/10! Best money we have spent. I needed some extra door bars so I called to order and this was not a problem either. Overall very happy. My fitter has said the floor will outlive us 😂
