Ordered some samples, really easy process and they came quickly and as advised. Can’t fault the sample process and I will probably now order from them once we’ve made a decision.
Stories flooring is brilliant, they are great on response and customer service but they should dump Amazon as shippers of their samples. They consistently fail to deliver. You get excited about select... Toon meer

O didn't receive my order.
I still haven't received the samples I ordered. I cannot comment on whether they would have been good. storues don't seem to know that evri didn't deliver and so they.clearly didn't put anything into checking the customer experience.

Morning,
This is not a lie. We sent you a quote price matching a competitors on line price that we could see and verify. We did not reduce the price further based on a forwarded email that we could not verify particularly as the price was so cheap. It looks like you got an exceptional deal elsewhere. If you could amend the review please as there is no lie on our site.
Looking forward to getting fitted
I have high expectations and am looking forward to getting my new flooring fitted along with my new kitchen. Only 4 stars as we selected a specific delivery day but this was completely ignored.

Apologies for that! Warehouse input next day rather than specified date when booking on so we did arrive early. Many thanks for accommodating an earlier delivery. Gareth

Herringbone flooring
Unfortunately not all the pieces were uniform. A few pieces were visibly machined wrong and weren't parallel. This caused 1 area to have a few 1-2mm gaps. The finish was good just not 100% true.

Product was engineered wood flooring
Product was engineered wood flooring. I understand it is a natural product, but boards were filled with a colour that did not match the wood. some pieces appeared to have been burnt.
Only good part was customer service did issue a full refund, but I had to ay fitters for their time which I will not recoup.
