Subto Reviews

Subto is a incredible community where an insane amount of invaluable knowledge is available to you. Knowledge on topics of everything real estate (calls, comping, etc), your mentality, and lots more. And all that dwarfs in comparison to the patience the team has for newbies and their desire to help everyone succeed in this community by providing constant opportunities. The only thing keeping you from success in this community is the time you invest.

Great community to learn from network and do deals with. High value investment if you can put in the groundwork and stay positive.

Joining is worth it. You will get to learn about creative finance and real estate but the real value is every on we talk to in the community. we all have the same goal and every one wants to help each other grow.

The experience with the community is awesome. The kindness, help, and education is tremendous. Paid for itself with just the resources alone. Sometimes you get way more then what you pay for. It keeps going. The top tier standards, everyone moving as one, its what you look for in life.

Joining Subto 100% changed my life! That got me started and then when I joined OC! There was such a change in my life it was physically palpable. I am now living my absolute best life working and partnering with some of the most awesome people I have ever met!

I'm new to the community but all is going well and I look forward to winning with the team.

This is amazing i cant believe the support we have in this community. We make friends and help each other.

Wow! Worth every penny. Pace and the community has completely changed my mindset.
I have always love real estate but it seemed investing was such a far away goal. I would ask my self "How can I make it happen?"
Started watching Pace's YT video and the ceiling of limitation was SHATTERED!
It is the ticket to the room of opportunity. This is a where the room of mover and shakers and the community is so willing to help and give you a leg up.

Planning on supplementing income, building retirement fund, travel fund and legacy for my son!

Thank you Pace and the amazing team that make it happen and make everyone feel so loved and supported!

Great community, always someone willing to help and get you on the right path. Pace Legit wants everyone to win.

Through this community I was able to make connections needed to start my real estate investing journey. This community is much more than a guru community.

Subto, Gator and Owner’s Club had changed my life to include personal and my many businesses. This WILL be the best decision of of the year . The better decision is when you take action after that.

The community, the "raise the bar" experience, and the support and insight in Subto is unmatched.

If you seek Real Estate, you want to be here.

The community is absolutely amazing! The value you get far outstrips the initial investment. I would recommend Subto to everyone.

I will be upfront and say I have a Masters degree in real estate. I can say I did not learn 95% of what is taught in this community. From mind set to the individual asset class you're interested in can be found here. Absolutely Awesome Community!! No Ethic, don't bother. You will get weeded out. Only Go Givers here.

I have invested an embarrassing amount of money in real estate mentorships and courses and Pace is the REAL DEAL! He has a success rate that blows other “gurus” in the space out of the water and he is pushing to 100% of his community successfully getting their first deal. There’s no one else to learn from.

Great community with great people.. infinite connections and knowledge... best community on the planet
