Subto Reviews

Since joining this community I have learned so much information around purchasing assets, but the number one thing i have learned is that the people in this community are what makes it, People who are willing to give their time and knowledge, share their wins and losses. Infinite gratitude to this community!

Pace sold me on the fact that Subto is one big community and everyone is willing to help you succeed. He wasn't lying! Everyone is Subto and the other groups I have joined through Subto since, have been amazing! Highly recommend you start with this real estate community and don't waste time on the others.

SubTo has been an amazing experience so far. The community is super supportive, the education is valuable, and the opportunities to connect with like-minded investors are incredible. I’ve learned a lot and feel much more confident taking steps toward real estate investing. Definitely worth being a part of if you’re serious about growing and building your future.

The best community on the planet, period. Pace is amazing and has every member's best interest.

What makes the experience so incredible is the community and all of the communications to ensure accountability for all the members - its a family!

I am brand new to REI and Pace is a great teacher! He has built a wonderful community of like-minded people who want to lift each other and succeed together!

Such a great community of givers. So much opportunity! If you dont jump in here, you will regret it.

I am brand new to the SubTo community and I am already feeling welcome and right at home. I have started the trainings and the courses, I have some experience and knowledge but the information available is crazy! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. So amazing and so very happy I took the leap and invested in myself for my family. Can't wait to help others!! you got this do it!

Just joined Pace's All Abilities Challenge in Subto and I'm so excited!. So much information and the support is insane!

I've never been a part of a group that provides you with so much information or where people are so willing to help. I deeply appreciate the opportunity to be a part of Subto. Thank you Pace.

So grateful to be part of this community!!!!

SubTo has been such an amazing community to learn and grow with amazing fellow community members. Everyone is always willing to help each other out.

Life. Changer. Best program I've ever experienced.

Not for everyone honestly. You have to be serious about changing your habits, energy and life for the better. Not a course, a community.

Lifetime subscription with access to a strong community where you can get help, network, and connect with leaders across every aspect of real estate.

Pace does what he says and says what he does. No other real estate community comes close to what subto does

This is awesome community

Absolutely love SubTo. Always doing amazing challenges and I love the culture. Highly recommend!

pace is generous, kind and amazing teacher. Love that I'm part of Subto even if I never do a real estate deal. totally worth it. It's way more than real estate education.

I joined and it turned out to be the best community

The community built by Pace, his family, and his team is the way education should be. It's learning in action. I'm learning about the real estate industry in an ecosystem to produce real results. Thank you for being a giver. This is how it should be done.
