You get what you get...
Hair colour was good
Hair has so far held up well
However there were Many strands I removed and sent back as they were very textured/rough and wiry
I understand some batches aren't perfect but when sent back for inspection I was told they could find no fault with their product. I was shocked to hear that theybsi not find this note worthy and for that reason alone I wouldnt repurchase along with the hairs needed to be removed to have nice feeling hair

Most versatile exstensions!
The staff were amazing and helpful and very welcoming. I purchased 2x packs of 9 clip ins to fulfill my look of a fuller and intense natural wave. Happy that I was able to execute the look I was after and how durable the exstensions are with dying, braiding and blow drying using products such as gel and hair spray. I have now washed and air drying them for a straightened look for next round.

I’ve had a look into your order #39236 after seeing your Trustpilot review about the $8 Saturday delivery. To clarify, our cut-off for same-day shipping is before 12:00 pm, and your order arrived at 7:00 pm on 18 September. Because of that, it was booked to go out the next day, Friday, 19 September.
With the high volume of parcels that day, NZ Post didn’t collect until later in the afternoon, which unfortunately caused a delay. Please also note that NZ Post delivery times are generally 2–5 business days, and they do not typically deliver on weekends.
I can see from the tracking that your parcel has now been delivered, which is great news. Please let us know if there’s anything else you need with this order. We’re more than happy to help where we can.

The hair itself self was great, the customer service not so much, the promo offers new wholesale customers, with free hair ring and master class, I had to ask for a refund on my colour ring and never got the master class training. Due to buying one set of clip in 6mths ago .

Wrong clips I wanted clips that you see into wig then you click them shut when you attach to what hair you have. I massage 4 so very little hair due to treatment. Was so disappointed as thought I had got wig clips. I will have to go to a wig shop to get them now

Thanks for your review, we mostly sell hair extensions so the metal snap clips (As per their product description) Are mostly used on our Clip in extensions for replacement pieces.
We do make and sell wigs however these are special clips and not something we sell on our website.

To be really honest
To be really honest, we love the hair and have used it for years in my salon. However - our experience as a customer could be better. I don't feel terribly valued as a customer of yours, and the service always is helpful, but comes across quite lazy and unbothered. Its a shame as the product you're selling is great and Ive struggled to match from elsewhere. But the customer service and relationship with your customers should be more of a priority.

I was a little surprised to read your note, as in the time we’ve worked together there have only been two issues raised (That I can see):
- The first was with the roll of tape issue, and we happily swapped you to pre-cut tabs.
The second was a batch concern, which we weren’t experiencing in our salon or with other wholesale customers. Because of that we believed it to be an isolated case, but we still offered you a discounted pack as a solution. You're also welcome to send them back via our Quality Control enquiry form!
While we did our best to address both matters promptly and fairly, I understand your experience may still have felt less personal than you would like. Wholesale customers hold a lot of value to us, and your feedback is a reminder that we can always improve how we communicate and nurture our relationships.
We’ll be taking this on board internally, and I hope we can continue working together positively, ensuring you always feel as valued as you are.
