Super Pet Travel Reviews

Mo was delightful and really brought our spirits up from Amsterdam to Manchester. I enquired to Super Pet Travel when I was in Singapore. The quote I was given was a lot better than most other businesses!! The trip from Amsterdam to Manchester was very smooth and the car was so spacious that I got to stretch my legs! Thank you Mo. I will 100% be using Super Pet Travel again.

Excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. If you have special dietary requirements for your dog, Mo will take care of this. X

Mo was very responsive on email when I enquired online from Singapore about my planned travels with my Labrador. I needed to arrange a pet taxi to collect us from Ashford International station and take us to Maidstone.
Mo was there on time and got us to our destination smoothly. I would happily book Mo for any further travel with my pet in future

Thanks again to Mo and Mira for the responsiveness and efficiency!
Tokyo, our cat, arrived safely and faster than i expected. I will definitely use this company again

I travelled with our Labrador from Ghent to London with Superpettravel. Mo is super friendly, communicative and reliable. Will definitely use Superpettravel's services again.

Friendly and understanding. Dogs arrived happy in clean cages. Would use again.

Mo was fantastic. Prompt, communicative leading up to our reservation, and incredibly efficient on the day of the journey. We traveled from Belgium all the way up to Scotland (11 hours) and the entire journey was low stress and very pleasant for us and our dog (25kg). The van has plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Would absolutely recommend. 10/10.

We travelled from Calais-Frethun, to Folkestone round trip with our little Chihuahua (2.5 Kg)
Our driver, Mo, was very friendly, and helpful. We visited London for the first time travelling all the way from Berlin. We are 2 adults travelling with our dog, whereas it was not a complicated commute and the driver has so much experience driving, so we could feel safe. We recommend this services and if we come back to the UK, we’ll be using them again.

Thanks!

This was my second trip with Super Pet Travel. Mo is a very reliable and attentive driver. He makes my travel arrangements easier. He drove me from Calais to London and helped me with the Pet passport checks and everything else. I recommend Super Pet Travel to every pet lover.

Excellent service for pick up and safe and reliable transport from the EU to UK. Totally seemless. Great communication and fair price. Highly recommended.

I want to say that we had a very smooth journey from Wokingham, UK to Travemunde, Germany with Super Pet Travel. Our driver Mohammed was excellent driver, very attentive, caring and calm person. It was a horrible weather, raining all our way from the UK to Germany, but we were not noticing that much because our taxi was driving like a big excellent ship without any problems of the road. We also have a dog and Mohammed was very attentive to her needs as well. Thank you very much for being with us, for driving us. Hope to see you soon, Mohammed, and to use your taxi service. Ekaterina.

Absolutely cannot recommend this service enough. Very professional, highly reliable and extremely friendly. If you are looking at travelling with your pet, this is the service you want without question.

Mo was incredible in all aspects. Really helpful to sort document issues out, and extremely efficient and professional. This is the third time that I hire their service and will be always choosing them for my travels. He was extremely kind with the pets, giving them water and treats for the trip. When considering a transfer company, Super sept Travel is 100% the way to go.

Incredible experience. I made a return journey with Mo and the warm service we got exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a pet taxi right now seriously look no further! Mo is who you want and you can put total trust in him. He has been doing it for years and knows the lay of the land so you'll get through smooth and fast. Mo showed we could trust him right from the beginning, sending screenshots of tickets bought, and then later communicating live locations. It is nerve-wracking sometimes to book things like this, and Mo made us so calm and feel so taken care of. On our long journey some of our trains got cancelled and Mo was there to the rescue every time, going above and beyond to pick us up in unexpected locations... A lifesaver! If you're sick of communicating with automated booking systems, Mo is a breath of fresh air - an actual human service that is clear, friendly and caring. Thank you Mo!

Mo picked us up in Calais with my wife and dog to go to Folkestone - super friendly and professional, communicated clearly when there were delays at the Eurotunnel. Large comfy clean van.
Also I called around different companies who do the Calais/folkestone route with pets and his quote was the best price - would recommend and use again!

We had such a pleasant experience working with Mo & Kak from Super Pet Travel for our 2 cats transfer from Paris to London. Mo was timely, professional and knowledgable about the process of moving cats across country boarders. He made the entire experience stress-free and I would highlight recommend their services to anyone in the future. Thank you!

The service was excellent throughout. Airport pickup was easy and swift to the van. The transport was comfortable and plenty of space in addition to 3 dogs in crates and my luggage. Lovely driver, Mo, helped with dealing with border control too. I went Amsterdam to Folkestone. Highly recommend!

Great service, to time and dogs arrived in great shape after a long journey. Will definitely use again.

Great communication from start to finish right on time absolute pleasure to deal highly recommend

A worm thanks to Mo! My experience was excellent. After travelling from Spain to Paris, Mo made my journey very enjoyable. He was friendly, professional and respectful. He made the journey so smooth , he was very helpful all the way from enquiry to booking. When I arrived in Paris, Mo was patiently waiting for me. In Calais, he helped me to complete the paperwork in pet reception. After a few hours, I arrived to my destination safely on time. Highly recommended!
Will definitely reuse Super Pet Travel. Thank you Mo, you’re super 😊
