Wouldn't recommend or use again. Every item damaged or faulty. One item I was bidding on was removed on the last day of the auction, which seems like Devine intervention considering everything else is non usable or repairable. However the same item was then relisted the day after on a following auction.
On the day it was removed I called and the staff who answered weren't really helpful.
Assume you'd be lucky to find working tech, screens, motherboards ect.
Collection staff were friendly, quick and helpful.

The auction you purchased from consisted of Unchecked & Untested Returns, and as stated in both the auction title and our lot descriptions, these items may be faulty, damaged, incomplete, missing parts or otherwise not in working order. As such, bidders should expect that some items may require repair or may not be functional.
With regard to the lot that was removed from the auction, lots are occasionally withdrawn for operational reasons and may subsequently be relisted in a future sale. This does not indicate any irregularity in the auction process.
We appreciate your positive comments regarding our collection team and will ensure your feedback is passed on to them.
Double Payment taken from account - Would not refund
I used to purchase a lot of items via Supreme Auctions, and of course you get some rubbish, but on the whole I was satisfied. That was until they took a double payment for an item I purchased and they refused to do anything about it. I phoned, I emailed but in the end just got ignored. I then got a phone call from my bank to say there was a payment on hold as it had an identifying reference that had already been used in the banking system (I think that means a double payment) and would I like to cancel one of them. I said yes, and then just got an email from Supreme Auctions saying I was blocked from bidding as I had Reversed a Payment. I had not reversed the payment, I had just stopped the payment they should not have had. No One from Supreme Auctions will even respond to my emails and as soon as I say who I am on the phone, they just hang up. So good place to buy if you can put up with the rubbish they give you, but dont get on the wrong side of them as they will not sort out any of your problems.

Fake signed shirts
Purchased 2 signed and framed football shirts, clearly described as genuine and authentic. A COA was attached to the frames but it is now clear on physical inspection and some basic research that these autographs are fakes. I have now also confirmed this via Beckett but still Supreme Auctions are delaying any acceptance of the fact they are fake and are yet to arrange collection and refund as entitled. They are also yet to confirm the source of these items which makes me even more suspicious.
Please be wary of anything they describe as genuine or authentic. I have purchased many items from auctions and know full well the descriptions are key and the quality of goods is sometimes a risk. These are not second hand electrical items or anything similar, they are signed football shirts (in nice frames as described) but they either have not checked the authenticity prior to sale or are fully aware they are fake autographs and selling them described as genuine and authentic, an apparent COA does not automatically confirm this.

As this matter is currently under investigation, it would be inappropriate for us to comment on every aspect of your complaint in a public forum.
The items were listed in accordance with the information and accompanying documentation provided with them at the time of sale. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or misrepresented goods and take any concerns regarding authenticity very seriously.
We also note that the opinion you have referred to was based on photographs only. The authentication company itself has advised that the items would need to be physically submitted for a full examination before their authenticity can be verified. As such, no definitive conclusion regarding authenticity has been reached at this stage.

Excellent customer service today from Bren. I arrived at supreme auctions and parked in one of the van bays. Me and my two children got out and joined the collection queue at the warehouse. Bren asked me to go back to the van with my children and said he would come to us. Bren came over to take my name and went to find my order. He was very helpful and brought my goods to the van very quickly and carefully. I checked over the goods and signed the paperwork.
I am very happy with both products purchased. One was brand new with full instructions, screws and parts and the other used but in great condition. Both items are fantastic and an absolute bargain.
A big thank you to Bren for making the collection go very smoothly today. He saw I had young children and acted very kindly and quickly - it was very much appreciated! Thanks for great customer and delivery service.

We do respond to customer enquiries and have established procedures in place to investigate complaints where supporting information is provided. Where a resolution cannot be reached directly, customers are, of course, entitled to pursue any remedies available to them through their payment provider.
As set out in our Auction Terms and Conditions, initiating a chargeback results in the permanent suspension of the bidder's account. This policy is applied consistently to all customers and is not specific to your case.
We reject the suggestion that we "rob" our customers. We have been trading successfully for many years and are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and in accordance with our published terms and conditions.
Read the terms and conditions before bidding and have a positive experience
I'm rating this five stars as staff deserve that,
Hope to have Bren serving you because he stands out up and beyond all the rest.
Whilst they all work hard finding the Items and getting for customers, He knows his customers, names and literally there's times when I think he serves numerous customers where as others remain on the same one. His customer service is outstanding. He is on it, knows what he's doing and I've witnessed him on more than one occasion guiding other staff to get the best out of them.
To balance negative views.....It's the same as any auction, with buyers there are business people, some traders and there are people with no experience and want to make quick money, which is great but they don't read the terms and conditions then argue with staff when it's not brand new or as expected and hold up genuine people who know their way around getting a positive experience from an auction. Any negative rant on reviews may not be entirely accurate based on that but not to diminish any genuine negative experiences.
Whilst you still have rights, business to business there are less rights. These are the things to know about Supreme Auctions before you bid.
My experiences have been quite positive and I have had some brilliant stuff, but I have had to chase a refund for £30 and threaten legal action for an out of stock items. So there is an issue when refunding items not in stock, I'm still £7.50 down from a few months ago despite raising the issue there and then as required that something was missing. TIP.....However, if a refund is an issue for you then a tip is ring your bank after 30days or whatever their Guidence is on days, evidence your communication and then request a chargeback. Clearly each case is dealt with on individual merit.
I say put bren in charge and I think Supreme Auctions have a very strong chance to turn the negatives to positive and up the rating beating other Auction Houses.
Likewise, behind the scenes there's Jess who responds promptly to emails and gets things done. Whilst I don't know if Jess is a manager, it's fair to say if not then both her and Bren should be!

Overall
Overall, my experience with Supreme Auctions has been mostly positive, and I am still a customer.
Positive: Customer support is at a high level. Whenever I have had an issue, they have been helpful and the problem has been resolved.
What could be improved: Shipping costs are not always clear in advance, which makes it difficult to calculate the true total cost of an item before bidding.
For used items, I would also like to see more actual photos of the item being sold rather than just one stock or catalogue image. On a few occasions, the model shown in the photo was different from the model I received.
That said, as mentioned above, any issues I have had were resolved through customer support.
Overall, there are definitely areas that could be improved, but I continue to buy from Supreme Auctions.
