Happy staff, friendly and willing to help and solve problems, a polite request to write a review if I am happy with the service,

Staff are nicely speaking to the customers and guiding them , keep it up with goid service .

Got a nice deal and our collection was quick and easy. Christian assisted us with this and it was lovely, great guy. Thank you!

Clear precise action, had a phone call from a lady called laura who explained i had a missed postal payment and resolved the matter in few mins, delightfull.

Sam b was a star, quick delivery, no issues, thought he was a manager but he wasn’t!

I have been using Supreme Auctions regularly over the past year and have always been happy with their service. I recently had an issue with combining deliveries, but the person I dealt with was incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. They took the time to look into the problem and managed to get everything sorted out quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated their effort and excellent customer service.

Bought a disassembled hammock for £36 . Price of delivery £96. Saying it’s a pallet. Running a massive scam. Only tell you delivery quote after you pay for the item. Will forego the payment to let them re auction the item. I wonder how many times it gets re-auctioned? . Should’ve learnt my lesson the last time.

I Called Supreme Auctions today regarding a concern I had with a collection and refund. I spoke to Laura who went above and beyond to help me, outstanding customer service and I definitely will purchase from here again. I really appreciate your service thank you.

Changeing this to one star.
After making a claim with my bank, for goods not delivered. Supreme have accepted this with the bank, and the bank claim upheld.

Supreme Auctions have then taken retaliation / vindictive action, for makeing a legal and legitimate claim to recover money.
And suspended my account across the platform (BidSpotter/ The Saleroom etr.) proventing me from bidding in any other auction held on the platform by different Auctioneers, without there sayso.

All trust is lost with Supreme Auctions.
And BidSpotter.co.uk, who look to only protect auctioneers (Supreme Auctions) when they try to keep you money fraudulently.

They need to be looked in to by Trading Standards and the Police.

Have won a few lots out of various auction by Supreme.
When everything gose right, no issues and a good 5 stars.
But with the last lot won (16 flamingo's) i only received 4.
When emailing them there stance was it was all sent, and that was it, then they stopped replying.
So had to make a claim through the Bank to get a refund for the missing items.
Then they ban you from bidding on the auction platform (BidSpotter).

This looks to be a running theme, from looking at past reviews. They are either good or they are bad. They just take you money, and dont take responsibility or take the necessary action to resolve the issue. They just blaim you.

Be aware before bidding in Supreme Auctions,

The platform BidSpotter is good, i have had issues with other lot won from different companies. And the way they handle the issues/probably, is like night and day, compared to Supreme.

I had issues getting through initially however got through to Jack and he helped with my enquiry.
