Proof, via photo, was provided by THEIR delivery service that the product was delivered to an incorrect address. This company refuses to reship the product or refund the purchase price and has been "looking into it" for FIVE months!

Scam company. Poor customer support
Received a suit which was wayyy off in sizing even though I ordered according to the sizing chart. Custom service would not let meeeturn the suit because the security tag was removed. I had to remove it because it was fastened to the jacket and vest. This place is a scam. Stay away.

I ordered a rip Yellowstone hat
I ordered a rip Yellowstone hat. The description said brown but hat was black. It came from China. The description was inaccurate and their hat was extremely low quality. They even changed description after I fillied a complaint with my credit card company. I finally got my refund from credit card company and they said they were going to look into Sweetearing for the way they conduct business. Sweetearing response shows how inept this company is. I wrote specific facts how this company deceived me by sending wrong item and then changing their on line description after the fact. Your responded only in generalities refusing to adress any of stated facts. BUYER BEWARE, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
