Hat was great.Came in within the 15 day but I wish they had a distributor in the United States.

I ordered a jacket and it was too small. I asked to send it back and they agreeed, but would take a 20% restocking fee. Ok, well it has been over 2 months since I showed them the tracking number for the return and I still haven't recieved my refund. I have all the correspondence and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The description online was exactly as the hat I received. The price was very responsible and made well.

I couldn't have wished for a better suit. Arrived on time, fit to perfection, the only thing it didn't do was, put on my body automatically. I look damm good. Thank you 10/10 ill recommended to everyone.

The suit that I ordered is not suitable for my wedding. This is the cheapest material I’ve ever seen and ordered in my life.

Took longer to receive than expected. Sizing is not good. No return information included.

After waiting for weeks and never responding to my emails, we were able to finally get the hat my husband ordered. We were pleased with the product but not at all with their shipping delays and not be able to talk to customer service support.

Originally had some issues with the clothing (large suit is incredibly small) and had a small tear in the belt loop of the pants.

Only reason it’s not a five-star review is because I reached out and for two weeks did not hear anything back about an exchange or return. I placed a ticket with my CC and then I did get a response. They do answer at 1-2AM, so I believe it’s an overseas company, but they ship out of New York so shipping was decently quick.

After this, they did issue a refund, and allow me to keep the suit as well, I offered to return.

Cheap chinese rubbish, I placed an order and it never arrived. Please beware... it is a scam

Sent me a totally different hat. Customer service phone number is disconnected. Sent photos of the hat and they won’t admit their errors. “No refund possible” was their reply.
Wrote in very odd English, so I believe they are a Chinese company. I spent good money on a hat I didn’t want or order.
Customer service is a joke and I will NEVER do business with them again. Warning, this outfit is a scam, stay away.

Item sizing is way off and fabric is about the same as a potato sack. Just sent my 4th follow up to customer service. They do not reply to emails. Terrible company, only buy from here is you like awful clothes and customer service.

Never Received my product. I wish I had checked reviews first. Shipping from China and looks like the tracking was fake. Dont order from them.

Ordering process was good. Shipment arrived ahead of schedule by a couple days. Quality is as expected, like the style and the material patter is a unique one for tweed, really liking it. Pants fit perfect, jacket and vest though, way way to small. I thought it would fit but sadly no, very well my mistake. The vest either. After a closer second look, i would have to custom order a jacket to fit my shoulders anyways. Maybe someday but not now. I need it for my wedding on october 19th. Keeping the suit, the pants are great.

Nearly waited until the last minute just before my daughters wedding so I went online shopping for a suit. I must have went to 10 different companies until I decided on Sweettearing. I'll be honest, I thought I would get a mediocre suit that would likely need to have a bunch of altercations done to fit me right. Not with this company. I was shocked to find when putting on the suit they made for me that it fit perfectly, better than any suit I had ever bought or worn. And with such little time before the wedding, these folks actually were able to get me my suit early, I'd say like record time. This company exceeded my expectations by far with their custom fit, Speed, Materials, and Value there is simply no substitute. I will be getting all my suits from them going forward and even send my friends their way. Excellence!

The suit turned up far too small. It was supposed to be a 4xL more like medium. Quality absolute rubbish. Returns policy a joke they just ignore you so your stuck with it. Avoid at all cost !!!!

Quick and courteous response from customer service. They made sure I was Happy with purchase.

This is a scam chinese website, which takes the products from websites of established US based brands, advertises them on their website at a fraction of their actual cost, and sends customers cheap, garbage products from China.

The individual operating this website also offers several other scam websites (see their Trust Pilot reviews).

Once regulators and customers catch onto their scams, they shut down the website, clone it under a new "brand" and URL, and continue on with the scam tactics.

This particular "brand's" Instagram shows they are in the UK, the address on their website says they are in New York, they advertise on Google from China, their contact number on their "Contact Us" page is a chinese telephone number, and they ship from China.

Buyer beware, if the price seems too good to be true, and the hat ships from China at a fraction of the actual cost, then it is likely a scam.
