To cut a long story short, I have had some issues with one of my purchases due to miscommunication (which could have easily resulted from the company simultaneously dealing with more than one person in relation to one order) which I followed up with a letter of complaint. The owner of the company replied to me within the next half an hour and offered a solution which I deemed very fair. Since then, everything has been resolved and as always, I am very happy with the service. I am a regular customer and will continue to stay so.

I bought my Moog Mother 32 from SX Pro because it was at a bargain 'open box' price. The level of communication from placing the order to delivery was absolutely excellent.
The Moog when it arrived was perfect and all accessories (and the box) were in A1 condition.
