Very hard to communicate with
At first I had a hard time contacting customer service. It would be nice if there was a contact phone number to actually speak to a representative. I was able to contact them via email. After all I did get my issues resolved and am happy with the outcome. I appreciate you getting back to me and sending me able to return my duplicate order.
Thank you,
Toni Mauro

Horrible experience
I have not been refunded as stated in their response
Horrible experience
I placed an order on Aug 30 and sent an email of Sept 8 asking if there was any tracking information. I received a response on the 11th that it was stuck in fulfillment and would ship ASAP. It is now Sept 15 and I have heard nothing further from the company.
Disappointing-hope to get a refund for the order I have now tried to cancel
UPDATE-.
I finally heard back that it was now out of stock. I asked multiple times for a refund.
It is now Oct 13 I still have not received my refund-filed a claim with my CC company. Excuse after excuse about why I have not received my money back yet
