Scammers, what’s wrong with the law, why is this website still allowed to trade when it’s obviously ripping people off.

Sent me the wrong item, returned it and requested a refund. They've been making up excuses for a full year as to why they can't refund £50.

Likely a scam, DO NOT BUY.

Redeemed vouchers for an order from this company but have not received the items after a month of waiting. Despite several messages sent through their contact page, emails to their support address and phone calls to their listed number; there has been no response. A very elusive and dodgy company. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Do not buy from this company. Product never arrives, company never replies to contact. I purchased through wowcher and I've gone direct to them to ask for a refund.

This company is selling clothes on Wowcher do not buy from them nothing will turn up they are robbers will take your money and run total scam

They are selling clothing on Wowcher, I placed an order, which was supposed to be delivered over 2 weeks ago.

They are very hard to contact, I have had 2 emails responses when I complained to Wowcher, both stating I will have the items within 1 week.

I still do not have my items.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star because they don’t deserve anything - but for people that are looking to buy, don’t bother. I bought a Christmas present at the start of December 24 and it didn’t arrive before Christmas due to them saying not in stock (even though I was able to place the order online with no problems). I kept emailing them to enquire when it would arrive and they kept telling not in stock. I tried phoning them and the number is fake so don’t bother. I then requested a refund and they (very slowly) got back to me and said our accounts team are unable to process this. They then offered me something else from their website so I went on to chose something else (more expensive though as this was ongoing for 3 months now) and they quickly responded saying that’s too expensive, so I asked for my refund again and they SLOWLY responded saying their accounts team cannot process the refund. So after 6 months back and forth I finally received what I thought was my adjusted order (different coloured BOXERS as they never had the black ones online they said they had) but BLUE AND GREY TINY SPEEDO PANTS instead. I didn’t have the energy to complain but they are completely useless and are 100% scammers, I don’t know how they are still working as a company. Don’t use them 🙂

Waited for 5 months they eventually sent me a different shirt that would cost half the price on the one I ordered. I was just glad to receive anything, won’t use ever again.

A similar experience to so many other reviewers - paid for goods but nothing received for months, despite assurances. They agreed to cancel the order and make a refund, but then instead delivered the goods (which I'd already bought elsewhere), then failed to honour the refund and return. Avoid this shower!

These guys are beyond a joke , dont know how they are allowed to trade .
Ive placed an order in Nov 24 ! Its mid March 25 ! Still not arrived , no info …

Place an order, 3 months later and several emails I finally got a refund. Was continually being fobbed off that it would be sent the following week. Avoid!

You only delivered two packs of Ralph Lauren underpants...I paid for three. One of the two packs delivered were the wrong colour.

I could find no email that responded to my complaint.

You are not only inefficient but you have taken money from me and not supplied goods. There is a word for that!!!!!

Never use tag deal! Ordered a 3 pack of Ralph Lauren tops and still havnt arrived along a month later. No updates through emails. very poor company.

Despite a few hiccups, the ultimate aim was for me to get the item I wanted and did so. Many thanks.

Took 4 months to arrive and they do not stop sending emails there is no way of stopping them

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I ordered and paid for 4 items over 6 months ago, nothing arrived. Many emails later I was told 1 item was being dispatched and the others would follow.
Many weeks later the cheapest item did arrive but despite being promised a refund for the other items, it never materialised.
My credit card company refunded me because I gave up with Tag Deal.
I get bombarded daily with spam emails, despite numerous requests to be taken off the mailing list.
Avoid this company!!

Stay away at all costs. Ordered tshirts before Xmas. They never delivered. Couldn't fulfill my order. Said they could refund due to their account being closed. So I've ended up having to order something else that I didn't want or lose out on £40

Appalling. Order placed in November never arrived. Repeated requests for a refund failed to produce one. Finally a ludicrous excuse about problems with the payment portal.
Dishonest company, avoid at all costs.

The worst company I have ever bought from by a mile. Placed an order for a pair of Boss cotton boxers in September last year. In October I came to Thailand and they had still not arrived. My friend that shares my house also came to Thailand on 15th December, still nothing had arrived. He went back to England on 21st January to find a soaking wet unreadable parcel propped up against the wall. My boxers luckily in a plastic bag were fine, delivery somewhere between 3.5 to 5 months.
