TagDeal Reviews

If I could leave minus stars I would. Will not exchange an incorrect item they sent out instead of the one I ordered. I have the proof & yet they just don’t want to know. Steer well clear!!!

Ordered boxers on 14th Dec, nothing received by 6th Jan. sent 5 emails, zero response. Only after threatening to take through small claims ct i received and email saying order is delayed. Demanded a refund through groupon which Groupon processed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered some boxers on the 2nd December 2024 ,which never arrived ,I sent them an e Mail ,which didn’t work then I tried phoning them on a number of occasions. Recorded message saying they are unavailable. So I contacted my bank and they have reimbursed my money ..
stay clear of this company ..It’s a scam !
This company needs reporting to trading standards ,,which I am going to do ,but they only take action if they have received other complaints too. You can do this online .

I ordered through groupon hugo boss boxer shorts two lots on 11th December never received it and now they state delivered absolute crap scam company

Awful company. I bought 3 Wowcher deals for Calvin Kein boxers. I redeemed the Wowchers before Christmas but not in time for delivery before Christmas. However, the tracking stated 'on or before 1st January' Nothing received to date (11th Jan) and they have ignored all 3 of my emails (2 of which were sent via their own online contact form). How Wowcher can affiliate themselves with this company is beyond me. Now waiting to see if Wowcher will intervene.
Update 27th Jan - after another dozen or so emails, I have finally got my goods. Wowcher were pretty useless and all they did was forward my emails to them to the merchant. The merchant were awful to deal with and wouldn't commit to a delivery date, instead just kept saying they were on their way from the supplier. I'll never use Wowcher or TagDeal again

Wish I read these before ordering, I ordered a top beginning of December and haven’t received it, let alone any replies to any emails I’ve sent. Such a scam! Will never shop from here again!

Place two orders in November. No updates or replies to my enquiries on delivery timescale. Have now passed to credit card company for chargebacks.

A total con, all good reviews have the same dates. Ordered a Xmas present 10th December still not arrived. Asked for refund 10 x and they will not give me my money back

Terrible Service
My order Order Number: #TD47526934
Never got to me, I have lost count how many times I have tried to contact you regarding this

Wow I wish I had read these first but didn’t know the Wowcher was through them…. Never received the order. Please can people complain to Wowcher and get them removed … awful company

I ordered some Calvin Klien Tee Shirts from this company back in July.
I have not received any tee shirts.
I have emailed them on numerous occasions, emails being totally ignored or a response say that my item would be delivered shortly.
I would never use this company again and advise anyone who reads this review to do the same.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Calvin Klein scam on Wowcher! Ordered for Christmas, still waiting since November and emailed 4 times with no answer. Courier service I have been in touch with have stated they never received and parcels from the sender.
Annoying Wowcher allow this!

Ordered shirts for 2023 Christmas for my husband. Never received them. Multiple chasing emails rewarded me with a response 2 months later, telling me the items are late due to a delayed shipment. That was 10 months ago. I gave up chasing them. What a scam. Don't buy from them, AVOID!

Like many of your complainers waiting in Xmas presents that I ordered mid November which have still not arrived. Radio silence from customer service. This is genuine complaint. I would not use this company again, have requested refund but still waiting!

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company!!!!

I ordered some Calvin Klein boxer shorts for my son on 15th Sept. I'm still waiting for the delivery!!!
I requested a refund but they claim the order has been dispatched! Absolute scammers!!!!

I made an order in September. The Order initially took 6 weeks to arrive. It was part shipped. They assured me the other items would follow. I told them my concerns as i didn't check the reviews until the items were delayed. At first they were very communicative but they have just stopped replying. I do not usually use these types of sites but they happened to have the colour t shirt i was looking for. I don't even know who to complain to i would say avoid like the plague. These companies should not be able to get away with it but its clear its totally unregulated.

Do. Not usd these absolute disgrace of a company. Ordering christmas presents 3 weeks ago and still being processed .

They are scammers they take your money and don't deliver please avoid them they took 160 euro on me 6 months later still nothing from them.... Robbers and scammers should be reported to the authorities

I bought some Calvin Klein boxer shorts for my grandsons. They were advertised on Wowcher, but Tag were the 3rd party. They arrived 7 days late and are very obviously Fake - the band on the back says CalvinKalvin Klein. £19.99 x2 wasted money! Steer clear of this Company.
