Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Tried to get an invoice sent to. Chatbot responds by email, trying to cancel my order. Spoke to someone on the phone- they said they sent me the invoice. It never reached my email, and she said she had to go and hung up. Feels like a scam- we will see if the order ever comes in.

On a side note, can you please communicate with each other. I have sent emails and filled out forms advising what is wrong or what I need to happen, yet I get further emails asking me the same question I just answered the previous day. The left hand is not talking to the right hand!

If I could give it a zero I would. Customer service stinks. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes finally somebody came onto the phone. I cannot get any information as to where my order is. They would not allow me to cancel my order. I would never buy from this company again.
