Ordering was easy and very Beautiful Artwork,
Ordering was easy. And the canvas I chose was delivered in a few days and is beautiful. It is of butterflies and flowers. I got it to hang behind my bed. If I had more wall space I would certainly order more of their products to put in my home. It is a delight to look at and I also enjoy going back into their website and seeing what else they may have available. There are always gifts I can buy for other friends and family!

Hearing how much joy your butterflies & flowers canvas brings to your bedroom and how easy your ordering experience was brings the absolute biggest smile to our studio team! Framing artwork behind a bed creates such a peaceful, beautiful focal point. Knowing you love returning to browse our site for gifts for your friends and family means the world to us we can't wait to help you share the beauty of Tailored Canvases with your loved ones!
I tried twice, both defective
I don't like to be the person leaving bad or low reviews. That said, twice I've received sub-par canvases. To begin, I purchased the Muted Greens. I really do like the picture itself; however, this was advertised as a $999.00 print on sale at 50%, then when placing the order another 20% discount was applied making the print $400. The first print came in with brown scuff marks across the picture where the cross-support in the back touches the picture. I requested an exchange (which was done) and the second picture came in not framed straight, so the computer line shows up on the righthand of the print in front. For the price, I could have spent less and had better quality buying at Kirkland's or At Home. I now have two pictures with defects. I suppose I can look at it as $200 per defective canvas. Unfortunately, I can't trust making future purchases. I would attach photos, but I don't see that option.

Buyer beware with Taylor Canvas
Buyer beware with Taylor Canvas. Their “100% Happiness Guarantee” apparently has a creative definition of “return.” I thought a return meant sending the item back and receiving a refund to the original payment method. Silly me.
In my experience, they only offered store credit—not a refund. So apparently, “100% happiness” means they’re 100% keeping your money.

This is false advertising
This is false advertising. The ad makes it look 3D and it is a cheap 1D print on canvas not worth $400! Can’t get a refund although there is a 90 day happiness guarantee. Would not order from this company again!
