Rubish app and service, when you complain you receive tousand calls but no resolution, I have ordered and had no option to add a comment that I want half of my order not spicy, I call talabat immediatly and they have confirmed they transfer my request to the restaurant. I receive spicy order with no regular items, when I complain they said the restaurant will call you, when I speak to the restaurant they said they have not received my note. I ended accepting a wrong order and none of the parties accept to refund me. Talabat says it's restaurant mistake, restaurant says talabat mistake

The talabat in oman so bad they are have connections with the restaurant properly. I have picture for it when the client of the talabat text me he said in seven minutes for delivery my food as small as of until it’s not until I cancel my order the delivery, the food. Connection with the restaurant and talabat for not delayed the food. The talabat is really so bad cannot I can’t connect with the rest of the people what they have working they cannot even do with anything. i’m craving for something, but the telepathy cannot do anything for me. Today my family woke up and spent hours cleaning fine glitter from our lounge room after my son's birthday party last night. We ordered these glitter toys after my friends insisted they were fun - let me tell you that they are not - they simply just make an absolute glittery mess of your home - but that's a completely different story and review. After working up an appetite, I decided I would order some of your grilled chicken livers. I typically hate liver, they remind me of my boarding house, although today I missed home and decided I'd choose to keep this party going. When my dish arrived, I inspected it with great trepidation, the smell - it reminds me of home. Selecting my first ball of protein and iron goodness, I bit down. My legs instantly started quivering. The taste was truly most delightful. "Dare I another?" I ask myself - still in trepidation. "Why of course!" I mumble to myself excitedly, yet quietly. My wife asks me "are you ok?" "Quiet woman!" I proclaim. My son is saying "Daddy what are you doing?" "Eating liver" I say as shooting him a look as if to say "you can clearly see what I'm doing?" I tell them both to give me some space. I need to confirm if my taste buds deceive me. Getting down to eye level with the tray, I throw my fork to the wind and decide to pick up the next liver with my lips. Nay. My taste buds do not deceive me. This time my entire body is convulsing. I am seeing noise, I am hearing colour. I simply can not describe how good these livers are. I am beside myself. If I was in my bed, I would wet it with excitement. Thank you for giving me such a wild culinary experience. I can't wait to order again.

I had a bad experience with Kruh Burger restaurant. I usually order from them, but yesterday the food arrived cold — both the burger and the fries with cheese — and the Pepsi was spilled. Since I ordered through Talabat, I couldn’t return the food or eat there again. To make things worse, Talabat didn’t refund my money and their customer service was very poor. I felt really disappointed.

Delivery took too long, order was missing 1 item. Not happy at all.. they should fix this.

I placed the order around 1.48am and it says 2.40 to 3.05 at exactly 3.05 i chat to the talabat help line as assual the said they will do the best they can do. Pkay I waited again for about 5 to 10mins. And the ending is the hardees jumaira branch is having a technical issue that they didn’t receive my order only. Wow talabat and hardees very nice collaboration. I am sick and need to drink medicine and in the middle of the night i need again t find something to put on my stomach before the medicine. I hope all of us will think twice before we will use talabat app it may end up nothing especially if you order essential to them to not use talabat app. I will never recommend it to you guys.they will keep you hanging with un resolved issues.

I was surprised when i discovered that they add aome times 30% on food prices !!!!! They are stealing our pocket

i’ve been using talabat quite often, especially for lunch during workdays and sometimes for dinner when i don’t feel like cooking. the app itself is easy to use - search works well, filters are clear, and payment through card or wallet never fails. but lately i’ve had more small issues that make the experience less reliable. a couple of times the restaurant confirmed my order and then canceled 20 minutes later, which is frustrating when you’re already hungry. another time the driver called saying he couldn’t find my address, even though i’ve ordered from the same place many times before. deliveries can also be unpredictable - sometimes super fast, sometimes 30–40 minutes later than the estimated time. customer support does reply, but often with standard phrases like "we’re checking with the restaurant," so it doesn’t feel very personal or quick. overall, the app is convenient when everything goes smoothly, but there’s always that feeling that something might go wrong, so i try to keep a snack at home just in case.

Don’t deal with this company, guys — they’re awful and total scammers! Everyone complains about them. I ordered stuff worth more than 1,500 EGP from talabat mart , and the delivery guy only brought 3 items. From the way he talked and acted, I could tell he was the one who took the rest.

I contacted them a hundred times, and every time they said they’d “follow up with me.” Then, after a week, I got a call saying that “the system decided” they can’t refund my money.

I filed several complaints, and every time, the response was the same — the system said so, and I wouldn’t get my money back.

Scamming people they took the money from the app without any approval no one can handle a complaint even the high level people they know only how to Scamming that's it i will not recommend it for anyone

I am very unhappy with the pathetic delivery service of Talabat. They have disappointed me so many times. The last time was on 4 October when we ordered food from Al Baik. We ordered 2 meals that each had 2 burgers. When the order arrived very late after waiting more than an hour. The one meal was missing one burger. We phoned the delivery driver about it. The rude jerk just said don’t phone me, complain to talabat. Tried to complain on the app. The complaint function on app is not working. There is no customer support number to call. Which is pathetic. My wife send an email to customer support. Till to date not even an acknowledgement of the complaint. Talabat should re evaluate their company. Their current attitude and incompetent staff will cause there long time customers to leave them and move to their competitors. Wake up and smell the coffee.

I had a very bad experience with Talabat.mor then one month he can't solve small issues I placed one orders , and I received missing items, and i pay cash and every time the support team said, "We can't contact the market to compensate you!" This means that if there is a problem with the order, your money is gone, and you are not compensated or resolved. All they do is apologize and that's it! Honestly, this is not the level of a large company like Talabat, nor is it professional customer service.

Sometime when ordering something from any restaurant with specific instructions not followed. They send you whatever they have without calling. I raised a complaint and they asked me to keep the item to be picked up as the refund will take place in time. No body pick it up, the spent two days just asking me to wait and be patient after all. Some one called me and just repeating like a robot sorry maam we cant refund your money!!!! Only repeating and repeating. Not recommending to use Talabat at all.

By far the worst food and groceries delivery service in the UAE. Every single order is delivered with a lot of delay. Drivers taking detours to avoid SALIK gates, late picking up orders. Or just randomly stopping. After complaning so many times no improvement.

Worst experience ever from worse to worst after waiting 1 hour the time is again updated to 1 hour again support agent told me the rider is so far thats way and they call u at the middle of the night not recomended at all

I had a terrible experience with Talabat and Occasions. I ordered and paid for a 1.5 Kg birthday cake, but what was delivered was only 1 Kg. This is nothing short of cheating the customer.

Birthdays are special occasions, and instead of making the day better, this mistake caused frustration and embarrassment. If a customer pays for a certain product, they deserve to receive exactly what they ordered — not less.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. If Talabat and Occasions cannot ensure accuracy, honesty, and basic quality checks, then customers should think twice before trusting them for important events. I will not be ordering from them again unless this issue is addressed properly.
