First class from beginning to end.
The service from start to finish was exceptional. We have dealt with Ashley Willis in sales three times before and each time he has been extremely helpful. His product knowledge is first class and his manner friendly and professional.
Similarly, the fitters have been excellent - very experienced, friendly and respectful.
Highly recommended.

Omar at Tapi Hammersmith went above and beyond
I had laminate fitted in two bedrooms and hallways at my new flat, and Omar at Tapi Hammersmith was brilliant from start to finish.
He managed every detail of the job and kept me updated throughout. When the original fitter wasn't available until weeks later, Omar found another fitter so the work could still be done within my timeframe, even though I was abroad at the time.
The flooring looks beautiful, it was fitted in two days, and the flat was left tidy. Omar really went above and beyond to make it happen. Highly recommend asking for him at the Hammersmith store.

I paid for a delivery & care package…
I paid for a delivery & care package with the carpet fitting from the Wellingborough store-order no 910025. Checked& confirmed with Andy Green in store that the fitters would move the furniture. No one living in the room - just an a bed, empty chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. According to Paul Dexter at the store, fitters can move up to five items. Fitting scheduled for Monday. James Darn, the fitter called on Sunday to tell my elderly husband that he had to come and move the furniture at 08:00 am in the morning. This is not on and contrary to what the store advised the customer. Not impressed.

Tapi guy Aidan arrived on-time to check our requirements, measure up and estimate. He was polite, attentive and helpful. He advised us regarding the existing floor coverings in our hall and best solution, taking into consideration the price and

we visited the Colchester Stanway store on 24.10.2026 greeted as we wall in we told them what we was looking for they then left us to look around not putting us under pressure we then ordered the carpet and then arranged a same day visit

The home visit person rang 20 minutes…
The home visit person rang 20 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived took his shoes off before entering the house. Was very friendly and had lots of advice. Did not push an expensive flooring. Left a few books with flooring in for us to look at. When we decided he worked out a price with all the items needed and the costs price. Tapi then rang so we could book in a fitter in a time that suited us.
