I found T C Young an excellent company for the conveyancing of my home. Stefan Docherty dealt with the sale and purchase for us and was both professional and helpful. He always answered our queries promptly and was calm and reassuring when our first sale fell through at the last minute. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends.

Help with residential eviction.
I had occasion to evict a tenant from my flat for non payment of rent. I live in Germany and the flat is in Glasgow. You see why I needed profession help.
I only have the one property which I have rented out for 12 or so years. It is not in any way run as a business. I have zero experience in the intricasies of housing legislation.
TC Young were able to guide me from start to finish, detailing all the steps that I must make, l letters to send and everything else that I was required to do to stay within the law.
I wont pretend it wasn't a tortuous and drawn out affair, it was. But that is the nature of the beast. And to be fair the legal framework in Scotland does nothing to hasten the pace of things. Tribunal hearings are backlogged for months. But I was kept informed every step of the way.
From initial contact through to the end they were throughly professional.
For a final cost of much less than I thought I was able eventually to take posession of the flat. And although it did not end exactly as I hoped (does it ever?) I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to someone in need of legal assisstance.
