TC Young Reviews

Stefan Doherty and the TC Young team have been excellent throughout the whole process of selling my house. Everything was clearly explained and communicated. I would highly recommend! Thank you again Stefan!

My experience with the solicitor's was excellent. Stefan was so communicative and explained absolutely everything to me through every step of the purchase. I was nervous about buying property for the first time but working with this solicitor put me at ease and made the whole process easy and straightforward.

Very efficient and supportive!
No problem was too difficult!
The process was made easier and our solicitor was available or made herself available for any queries…

Friendly, efficient and reliable service as always.

Excellent.

We had a great experience with Karen Fulton and her team at TC Young. Karen was efficient, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout. She handled both the sale of our old flat and the purchase of our new one with real attention to detail, keeping things on track even when challenges came up.

It was also a pleasure to work with Fiona Spowart, who helped us set up our wills and powers of attorney. She explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and made the process feel straightforward.

Everyone we dealt with at TC Young whether by email, phone, video call or in person was approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. A professional and reliable team we’d definitely recommend.

Karen Fulton at TC Young was recommended to us for our property sale conveyancing. We were very satisfied with the experience. She and her colleagues were responsive, accessible, friendly and efficient, and the fees were reasonable and transparent.

Stefan was very calm and easy to interact with; I am no at stressful times! So that made things just much smoother. There were no glitches with the sale which I guess helped but I'd recommend TC Young to anyone buying a property.

Very professional and honest team of solicitors. They have guided my husband and I to our very first home and we are so grateful for their help and support. They did things very timely and did not delay anything at all. More importantly the team is kind, and human. They never once made us feel like customers.

I can’t thank Evelyn and her team enough for not only the work but the support they have given me throughout , I would highly recommend Evelyn and TC young if your looking for a lawyer who will get the work done with care and compassion

We worked with TC Young as first-time home buyers, and had an excellent experience. We were advised by Karen Fulton and Stefan Docherty, both of whom provided us with all the guidance we needed. We are not from the UK, so we needed a lot of help to help us navigate the process of purchasing a home; the TC Young team were helpful, prompt, professional and more importantly, very friendly and understanding of our ignorance of local processes. Highly recommend them. Karen is very experienced and runs a tight team. Stefan is super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to buying a newly built home.

Karen, Marlene and Ben did a highly professional job on the sale of our home. We have worked with them more than once and every time they keep us updated every few days, they go through everything very thoroughly and you always feel in very safe hands. I can't recommend them enough and just wish all Solicitors were like them.

Karen Fulton and Marlene Fairley have been incredible. We had Karen and Marlene’s help during the purchase of our first home while they were at Blackadders. For our most recent purchase, we initially decided to go with Blackadders as we found our previous experience extremely smooth and enjoyable, but soon realised this was mostly down to Karen and Marlene. After few not so great experiences, we tracked Karen down and reached out and as always, Karen was incredibly helpful and efficient. Purchasing a property is always a stressful time but Karen and Marlene have in both cases made sure that this was a smooth and pleasant experience. They were always easy to reach, extremely efficient and helpful whenever we needed any clarifications. We can’t thank them and the rest of the team enough!

Prompt , professional and personal .

Very helpful, talk you clearly through everything and great to deal with.

The lawyers at TCYoung were helpful and efficient. My business was transacted quickly and without fuss. The estimate was accurate and the costs were reasonable.

All TC Young staff were highly professional, knowledgeable, reliable, consistent and kind making the house move process (including a lengthy chain to be managed) a lot less stressful. Their experience in the industry is second to none.

Sarah Jamieson, an attorney with TC Young, guided me through a recent purchase in Scotland.
As a US citizen, I could not have gotten it done without her knowledge and experience. Her impressive work and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

Creating my Will & PoA was handled promptly, efficiently & professionally by Olivia. My two visits to the office and all correspondence were handled within a relatively short period of time and all dealings with Olivia were a pleasant experience..!
