Very nice and very fast service. Cleaners are easy to communicate with and done a really great job.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE! THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

From the very beginning of booking this service, it has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Firstly our appointment got cancelled by the company on August 26th AFTER I had to call to see where the cleaner was, as it was already way past the booking time window. Zero communication from the company and lost work and wasted time for me and my partner who were waiting around in the flat.

On the 27th, they eventually came to clean the property, and that next day I requested a re-clean for certain missed spots, a standard service which is INCLUDED in the initial price if the work isnt up to standard.

The re-clean got arranged for 2-2:30 pm on the 29th. Again, the cleaners never showed up and it was US who had to call them AGAIN about 5 times, only to be told around 4 pm, that their previous job was taking longer than expected. Again, ZERO communication and wasted time. They didn't arrive until 5:30, 3 hours later!!!!

The cherry on the cake was finding the oven door dismantled, broken and left for us to find. And if course again, NOBODY even called to inform us of the damage they caused.

This company has cost us money, an inexcusable amount of time, has put our tenancy deposit at risk and has cause us a a lot of distress. The unprofessionalism every step of the way has been out of this world.

Save your money and peace of mind.

Shaida and Zanko arrived bang on time ready to go. They did the full house in just over 3hrs, the house has never looked so clean. They did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet in the living room, as we have an indoor cat it needed a good deep-clean, it now looks brand new. Really happy with their work- thank you so much Shaida and Zanko!

Very good experience with tenancy.cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Shaida and Zanko arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The clean itself was done to a high standard and very quickly. I would definitely recommend the service to another.

Wouldn’t recommend - booked an end of tenancy clean on a Monday 8am for move out on the Wednesday. Only booked bathrooms x2 and kitchen (including extractor fan + oven for £50 extra each, excluding appliances) since I was cleaning the rest of the property.

By 9am no one had turned up, so I rang and was told the cleaners had been in a car accident, everyone was fine but they wouldn’t be able to make it today, was Tuesday at 9am ok instead? I said yes, of course, I was glad no one was hurt. Tuesday 9:30am comes and again no sign of anyone, no call to say they would be late either. I rang and was told they’d come at 11 due to car trouble (again), which I thought was weird. Anyway, he turned up 11:45am in the end with the excuse that he booked a taxi and it didn’t turn up.

He was nice enough and did an ok job, the taps in the bathroom looked much better so he did well on the limescale, but there were hairs and dust left on the floor still so not the end-of-tenancy standard I expected. The oven was also not done very well (we paid £50 for that) so I asked if he could have another go. He seemed in a rush and sort of tried again but then started making excuses about how he needed to dismantle it and last time he did that he couldn’t put it back together etc etc so I said forget it, the estate agent can chase them up if they’re not happy with the standard of cleaning. I then spent another hour or two going back over the kitchen and bathrooms, specifically the floors.

When we received the end of tenancy report, they were mostly happy with the property apart from the bits we paid Tenancy Clean to do! That included extractor fan, oven , kitchen sink, bathroom 1 basin, bathroom 2 toilet and shower. We are lucky to have had a lovely landlord who gave our full deposit back anyway, but realistically I would rather have done it myself than pay £250 for this company to half-*rse it.

I'd like to say a massive thanks to the cleaning team who made my apartment sparkle! 10 years without a deep clean is a long time, but all cupboard cleaned, all surfaces grease free and all rooms smelling great. Communication before and on the day - ace. I'd recommend.

Arrived earlier than stated and got on with my end of tenancy cleaning of a 4 bed house.
They worked as a team non-stop.
At the end of the clean which included carpets the house was cleaner than when we moved in.

Ismael and his team did an excellent job in doing an end of tenancy cleaning. They were friendly, polite and punctual and arrived when they said they would.

Really pleased with the service. Easy to book, especially at such short notice, with great communication throughout. Robert did a great job with the end-of-tenancy clean and sent photos afterwards, which was really helpful. Fairly priced, reliable and efficient – would definitely use again.
