What an amazing company!!!

I recently instructed Hollie Morgan to assist me with evicting a problem tenant. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and straight forward. Hollie Helped me with absolutely everything and reassured me everything would be ok. Evicting a tenant is something i had never done before. The section 21 sent out was very professional with a covering letter. On receiving the section 21 the tenant moved out on the date given and i was able to take possession of my property again. I would like to say a massive Thank you to this company and to Hollie for helping me.

Holly was very nice, friendly and knowledgable on the phone, explained the options and said to sit back, relax while they took care of the rest. Holly gave set price for evicting the tenants, this was £900 accelerated process option with fast track through the courts and they needed this up front. Then another £400 plus to take it court. Our tenants moved out after a few weeks and before we had even submitted the documents. We obviously stopped the process with Holly. What they did do was got all the documents together they requested from us and we sourced from various agencies and they printed out and sent to us. At no point did they offer any refund and we are still unsure what the £900 including VAT was for. Out of principle and fairness I would expect some money back from a service that did not need to do the work that was originally planned and priced for as we did not go through with the eviction. We contacted them to request in good will some refund however they have told us several times what they did. It seems simple we shouldn’t have to pay for something we did not need. The very least they should be returning the difference ie less the basic option. So please make sure you ask what if it is not needed. We have requested however they are now avoiding.

Thanks for the replay below. When you say partial refund of £400, this was never acted upon as the tenants moved out prior to any court action. If you are reading this, just be aware the cost of £750 plus VAT will be to read and prepare docs for eviction, which we gathered and sent to them. I am disappointed no refund was issued as we did not proceed with the service.

Great work from tenants evictions
I found them on google and they have successfully helped me get possession of my 4 properties . They did all the steps , the notices, possession claims and instructed bailiffs. We are now on my final possession claim for my 5th property and just have instructed bailiff . I would highly recommend this company . They really know the process

I have been a landlord for a number of years and faced my first eviction in 2024. My tenant refused to leave and in all honestly I found the information available online a minefield.
I found Tenant eviction specialists on Google and got a call back within about 30 minutes of my enquiry, and it was that easy. Holly got the ball rolling immediately and helped me every step of the way, you do not need to chase Holly, she gets everything done and the whole processed moved very quickly.
I genuinely did the bare minimum, Holly told me what to do and I did it and she sorted the rest.
